This is a beautiful boot. The leather is amazing quality. I am returning for a few reasons. 1. they were too big. I am a solid 7 in just about all shoes and the 7 was too large. I was recommended by Zappos to get the 6.5M and I should have listened. I have a slightly more wide foot and I feared the 6.5 would have been too small. Also I saw other reviews on this boot and many went TTS so that is why I got size 7. Moral: listen to zappos. Rather than exchange for a smaller size, I am returning them because I am only 5'2 and didn't like where the top of the boot hit my lower leg. I feel it made me look shorter and I think walking in them would bother me so this is the ultimate deal breaker. So sadly they will be returned

I typically buy wide width shoes due to my pretty low arch and a semi formed bunion. Not an issue fitting in these! The heel is perfect for all day wear. These boots are super comfortable and leather quality is great! Easy to dress up or down!

I am between a 7 and 7.5, theb7 fit well. The leather is very stiff but I suspect it will break-in well. They feel like they will hold up well.

Fits true to size. Kinda stiff for a shoe with a rubber sole. First day of wearing rubbed a bit. Thinking I just need to break in the leather upper.

These boots are great—sturdy and fit true to size. I don’t love the arch support so had to add an insert, which made them a bit too small. But overall, a great and classy, sturdy boot.

I wear size 9 normally and have feet on the wider side. Sizing down to 8.5 per reviews was perfect. The shoes are comfortable and so nice looking.

I have narrow feet in general, did a half size down from my normal size b/c people said they ran big, and were a little too narrow on me.

GORGEOUS!!!! Beautiful construction, great supportive heel, nice padding in the footbed. I have seriously jacked feet and can’t usually wear heels of ANY kind, but these boots are the exception! I still put an arch in the back half to hold my foot back, but there is really nice room in the toe box even though they look lithe and slender. I will say they run VERY big. I’m a solid 8 (never bigger), I bought an 8 in these and I feel like they fit like an 8.5, or even a 9? I put a fat wool sock on and there was still extra room in the toe box. Buy these, you won’t regret it.

These run half size too big...I originally ordered my normal boot size of 8 and they were too big. Exchanged for 7.5 and they’re perfect. I feel like the leather is cheaper looking compared to some other brands, but overall I love the style so we’ll see how they hold up.

I love the fit and style and the only issue I had at first was that the soles seem like they might be a bit slippery since they were pretty smooth on the bottom. But then, on only the second day I wore them, the cap on one heel broke off entirely. I was only running errands, not races or anything strenuous! I'm going to take them to a cobbler to see if this was a manufacturing error with not enough glue or something on that specific boot or if it seems like such poor quality that I shouldn't hold on to them.

I did end up buying an insole for this boot, but all in all otherwise ZERO complaints. The heel is just tall enough to be stylish without being detrimental to wear on a European vacation with lots of walking all day long for a few weeks. A very classy, well styled, well-built beautiful boot worth the price that I anticipate wearing for many seasons to come.

Bought these for my daughter in her size and they weren't her style, but I love them. Very 90's feel and best part is they are fully lace up-no side zipper so the fit is perfect. The leather is soft and foot bed has nice shape. These boots feel expensive. I am trying to find in my size now!

I usually wear a 6.5, for boots I size up to 7. I ordered a 7 and this fits well with socks. I've had these for 3 months and wear them often, the leather has soften as it is broken in. The leather quality is very good, it doesn't scuff lightly. The shoe is very stylish, the wear is very comfortable. The speedlace makes it look a bit rough for the office but overall still a polished tailored look. I'm keeping them.

I wear these all over. Also bought them in black. Stylish even in the snow ( from car to wherever).

These boots are super comfortable! The leather is soft and not stiff that hurts feet. I live the heel height for any day use.

I get complimented on these boots all day long! The cloud-cushion helps make these easily an 8 hour wear. The heel is just right and I know these will stretch to wear like slippers in time.

They will need some breaking in. The ankle shaft is stiff but they should be great.

This is a beautiful leather boot. However, it runs both long and wide. order 1/2 size down for the best fit.

I have been searching for a certain type of boot, and these boots are exactly what I’ve wanted. They match perfectly! I love the way they feel on my feet, although I do want to add, the boots are heavier than some might like, but I prefer heavier boots. They have good support and the quality of the leather and construction is excellent. I’m so happy I found these boots!!!
