I followed the recommendations of other reviews and ordered a half size up from my usual size. I honestly think I could have ordered my normal size and they would have fit perfectly—currently a little too big in the toe. If you don’t have wide feet, you could probably stick with your regular athletic shoe size. Otherwise, a great pair of shoes! Lots of support and stylish! Great for my HIIT workouts.

Super comfy, sturdy shoe

I’m happy with these and they feel sturdy and supportive on my feet, but I find them a little hard to get on. Since there is no adjustable tongue it requires really pushing your foot in. I am usually a 9.5 but got a 10 and they feel just right.

I was not able to get them on. Had to return.

Runs small and narrow so had to size up. Very comfortable and great support for workouts.

I have a narrow foot and high arch. The shoe has a fixed tongue which makes it a bit difficult to get on my foot. I use a shoe horn, and it's still a bit of a struggle. The top of the tongue has rubbed against the front of my leg. I need a higher sock. That said, once on and laced up snug, it is comfortable enough and stable. I needed it for my gym fitness classes. I had been working out in running shoes, and they did not provide sufficient stability. To achieve the stability, the shoe has a wide blocky heel. It's a functional design, not stylish. I wouldn't consider the shoe for an around town look.

Good looking shoe, but tough to get on the first couple times due to my flint stone feet.

I had to return these because i could not even get my feet in them...

The fit was good in length but the outside arch was too restrictive. Pain in foot just after 30 minutes. I have narrow feet so width wasn't a factor. Super cute, sorry to return them.

loved these shoes but they were SO small. one full size too small. they also have a major arch

I bought these for circuit training in the garage with TRX, weights, kettlebells and bosu exercises. Huge improvement over my running shoes! I have so much more stability for squats, lunges, etc and feel grounded. At the same time, these are flexible for short speed movements, jumping jacks, burpees. Love these for weight training.

For me this shoe gives me a freedom in my gait...seems to improve me gait.

I’m normally a size 7 so I went with a 6.5 and it was perfect, I reccomend to go with half size smaller. Is very stable and comfy for the workout.

Stiff shoe, so feels supportive. Good for work, walking, playing tennis. Not very flexible for running. Fit true to size. Great bright color.

Had a difficult time getting sneaker on as the tongue was not adjustable. Once on they felt tight on top of my foot.

I ordered an 8 which is what I normally wear it and was to small. I'd recommend at least 1/2 size larger than normal if you order. My feet are narrow and these were really snug. I wouldn't recommend for someone with wide feet. There wasn't much cushion in the bottom so that's something to consider also.

They are cute but it ends there. They run very small and narrow. I didn’t mind the attached tongue. I am returning them.
