This is very true to size. I love Eccos & wanted a velcro closure, that didn't look like one because it would be easy to get on and off, but still stylish. This fits the bill perfectly. There was no break in time & I wear this shoe at least 5 times a week, all day. I am a hair stylist. I get so many complements on them. I have the black & I'm buying my 2nd black pair. I hope they make a nude color and a metallic gold/silver/pewter.

Not high-style, but stylish and comfortable. Although the arch support is only moderate, the platform of the shoe is firm, so it provides nice support.

Super comfortable Ecco sandals that I purchased well before the season to prepare for warm temperatures. After wearing less than 10x, one of the cross straps broke; it was glued despite stresses from the arch area! This strap breaking makes the sandal non-wearable. I definitely did NOT expect w/ this brand I’ve worn for years. These look new but $130 and a few wears, they’ll cost me more $$ to repair than I can justify. Disappointed

Great sandal, chic and comfortable. The straps have elastics which makes them easy on your foot. The sole feel good, but don’t expect it to be very cushioned. I like that the sandal is lightweight. I took one star off because the straps sit a little too close to the ankle for my high arched feet and because there is only little arch support. But overall a stylish, comfortable pair that can be worn right out of the box.

Love these. I wanted a "comfort" sandal for wearing around the house and these are PERFECT. I literally wore them out of the box, no breaking in, no tender spots. The leather is soft and doesn't cut along the top of my foot (which I'd thought it might but nope!). The support is pretty good and the footbed soft + comfy. I love the velcro and while yes, I'm not able to get it super snug I'm okay with some give. Plus swelling. Ugh. I find these true to size, a touch narrower than indicated, lightweight, and the pink is a pretty, soft neutral.

First off, I’m an Ecco devotee. I’m of the age where I don’t buy shoes if they’re not comfortable. These shoes are stylish and comfortable, with the slight exception of the band across the toes. It fits a bit snug, but not a deal breaker. No bad seams or dried glue to irritate on the inside. They fit true to size (9M) and the leather is soft (I don’t think there will be that dreaded sandal break in period). Overall very happy. Usually the stylish Eccos sell fast.

Wanted to love them, but like many others have said, they are a no go. The top strap is very narrow and the ankle straps when even at the tightest adjustment are still too loose for me. Bummer

The front strap was too tight and the back straps felt too thin and flimsy. The foot pad was soft but also too sleek and not entirely secure. Nice construction and quality fabric but the design could use some improvements.

Really cute and supportive for standing all day. Only trouble for me the front strap was super tight and my foot is thin. Maybe just that one pair? I returned to select another style.

Comfortable shoes to wear all day long.

This sandal is like a sneaker in disguise! Super comfortable to wear all day. The top of my foot near my toes is not very full so lots of sandals with this kind of strap across the toes are too big/loose for me. This sandal fits me just right.

They aren’t as comfortable as I had expected, judging from the many other Ecco sandals I have worn because the footbed feels hard around the edges, maybe because they’re just a little too narrow for me. They’re okay for being on sale so I’m keeping them and hoping for the best since I needed this color scheme. I don’t think I would choose to wear these for very long walks. They appear more comfortable than they are for my particular foot.

Love these shoes! - they are comfortable - and the color is perfect for two summer dresses that I will be wearing to weddings this summer! - Ecco is a wonderful brand! -

I'm a 7.5 and ordered a 38 and 39, in case the straps were a bit snug as some reviews mentioned. The 38 fit just right. They day I looked at these, they happened to be on sale, so I jumped at them! I wanted a shoe that was cute, comfy, and had arch support. Haven't worn them out on the street yet (hence 4 stars), but since these were comfortable from the first try-on, fingers crossed that they'll remain so when out and about!

At first I worried they were a bit large, but once the hot weather hit, the fit is perfect. Very comfortable.

Update on previous review where I was disappointed b/c cross strap broke. AFTER leaving my review, I realized I’d never reached out to Zappos. The agent replaced the likely defective shoe. Knowing the sandal is glued in that area would make me pause to spend another $140 but I’m grateful Z took care of me and I can give the Ecco sandal another try

Just didn’t care for them. I love pink but these are sort of a dull mauve. Fit fine but just didn’t like styling.

Nice looking sandals, I wish the footbed wasn't so slippery but that may change with time.

Looked awful on my foot; very chunky; just not stylish on me. Worth a try because they are very comfortable.

These are super comfortable shoes and fit just exactly to my size. The color is elegant and light, would go well with black or white. The heel is lifted and the look is more modern/clunky than I want so sending back but imagine if this is the style you want they'd be a great choice.

I really had high hopes for these sandals. The fit was perfect, right out of the box. For my 69 year old feet, however, there are some significant issues. As you can see in the photo, the toe strap hits right above my bunion. If my foot were to slide around in the sandal, it would rub. Other reviewers have noted that this can be a problem. Also, as others have mentioned, the foot bed is not really cushioned very much. At this price point, even on sale, I need them to feel like “walking on clouds.” Finally, the color is weird. Not a true pink, and the outsole and the upper are really two different colors. I am returning them.

Fit and size were fine. The thin straps around the ankle did not feel supportive enough for my high arch and ankle injury. I returned these shoes.

I have a high arch and could barely get the shoe on, once on the strap to attach was too short. If they had fit I would have been concerned about the material of the footbed, it felt like plastic and when walking I could imagine slipping around in them.

Wasn't sure I was going to like the style but I did enough that I would have kept them if the front strap wasn't so wide. I have a normal size 6.5 foot ordered a regular width. The ankle strap is adjustable which is good but the front strap about 1/2" too wide. It didn't feel or look good so I returned them.
