A great lightweight pair of trainers for running and jogging. Very springy soles and comfy toe box mean they're comfy and give a good bounce even on hard pavements. Style-wise, they go with everything for running and work well as an everyday walking shoe too. A good mix of casual and sporty.

These are so supportive and comfortable as well as being light weight. They look good and my last pair lasted really well so hopefully these ones will do too. I would recommend sketchers to everybody, all ages.

I find the go run 400 the best shoe for comfort and practicality whatever I do, walking, running, driving, trekking. I struggle to find comfortable footwear due to arthritis and these are the best

I am older and need very supportive shoes as I have foot problems. I use these shoes for walking and they are very comfortable. They have even more cushioning than I expected, which is great!

I love Sketchers. The only sneaks I wear. Light on your feet and does not weigh you down. Great fit.

The fabric is definitely more durable. The heels could be a but more cushioned but they are very comfortable overall.

As someone who is new to running I spent a LONG time researching running shoes to find a good pair for not an extortionate price. I have always been a big fan of skechers, have owned many pairs that I love. I was looking for a pair of GoRun shoes that had good shock absorption and cushioning, air cooling would be a bonus. Whilst the air cooling does as it says on the tin, unfortunately I was rather underwhelmed by its cushioning effects. Yes the trainers are lightweight and comfortable to wear but they were not an ideal running shoe for myself. Will probably wear just on casual days out for walking around in.

I have owned several very comfortable sneakers from the GoRUN line and loved them. This one, unfortunately just isn't my favorite. I believe this is my first pair with the GOGA MAT insole and I don't care for it. To me there is not enough support and the edges of the insole rub on the bottom of my foot. I believe it is because of the breathable outer material is more flexible and there is not as much structure (cushioning) in the ankle of the shoe. Maybe just too roomy in the heel section, not sure how to describe it. I've tried different lacing techniques, but still not satisfied. I don't feel like they would be a good running shoe, as advertised, however I will keep them as an everyday sneaker for the warmer weather as they are very breathable and my feet do not sweat while wearing them for extended periods of time.

These shoes have terrible shoelaces. They are made cheaply and even if you try double Knotting them they still come lives on a treadmill or running.

Because the sizing compared to other makes are different there too big when running. I'm constantly tripping over
