It's a good look and also light-weight. Perfect for a DS or Libero! If you wear ankle braces, it will be a snug fit (maybe go up half a size). But overall, great shoe!

I use both basketball shoes and volleyball shoes for volleyball- this Mizuno lightning was a good way to switch up. Although it doesn't have zoom strobel or boost or other performance technologyit has good court feel, low to the ground, and I sized up by half to give my foot full splay. I started out with half a size too small but it was still playable and not uncomfortable, but not optimal. Finally got the right size up and foot splay is way better without compromising foot containment. I'll use my first pair in the gym since I'll be using my second one in court.

My daughter loves these we bought them at a local shop. 3 stars are because of the color. The rep at the local store told us these were White and Royal and that is what we look like. Online the color looks somewhat royal but the description says White and Navy. If you are looking for Navy buyer beware. If you are looking for royal also buyer beware but if they are anything like ours the sure look royal. P.S. I own Lighting RX men's and my daughter previously had Lighting R3 black and royal we both love the fit and performance great shoes last long my daughter played 3 seasons and pickup games year long. Would defiantly recommend the shoes if the color is right.
