Love these Alegria Bryce sandals. Probably my 20th pair of this brand, which consistently fits my wide, high arch, high instep, “high volume” feet perfectly. I wear an 8 Wide in New Balance running shoes and an 8.5 in Nike; the Alegria size 38 Regular fits me because I can adjust the straps to fit my wide forefoot. The sole on the Bryce style is a tad sleeker than some of my other pairs and it’s just as comfortable. I prefer Algeria’s leather/suede footbed rather than the footbed described as “water-resistant polyurethane” because the suede is softer, conforms to my feet better, and prevents my feet from sliding around. Bought 2 pairs — Chevron & On (great with white summer clothes) and Black (nice and shiny but not too blingy).

These shoes seem to run a little short. They do have a narrow foot bed, which I like. The arch support is good. I did not care for the shiny straps...would have preferred a matte black. They are comfortable when walking in them...almost like a rocker motion.

Received these today in the Montage color, very cute sandals. I ordered a 39, my usual size is a size 8 and the fit is perfect. Love the suede like inside, so tired of rubbery insoles that squeak when your feet get hot. Also like that both straps can be adjusted with Velcro. I’ve shied away from Alegrias for several reasons, mainly the adornments on their sandal straps over the top prints, for me and for some reason I hate the butterfly symbol on the sole, this style takes care of both of my quirks. These aren’t gaudy and in your face but not plain Jane either, a great mix to wear with anything. I’ll keep my eye out for another pair or Bryce sandals.

Cute style except for the patent straps however they were not comfortable for me. I found the arch area too full for my low arch and my foot seemed to fit crooked with the heel hanging to the outside. I am disappointed as I have limited options for footwear with hallus rigidus!

I love this shoe and it was really comfortable and cute. However, when I walked around the house the top strap rubbed the top of my big toe. I adjusted the strap several times but couldn't find a spot to prevent it from rubbing. I don't think it was a design flaw, just didn't work for me. I am reluctantly returning them.

These are really good for me. They fit and are the right amount of adjustable. They're not bad-looking and I can walk in them. I had achilles reattachment surgery so have a myriad of different foot issues.

Loved the look of this shoe but I couldn't get the straps tight enough for comfortable walking. Normally a medium width fits me perfectly but these seemed to be cut wider than other Alegria sandals that I own.

This sandal is much less bulky looking than the other Alegria styles. Foot bed is cushy, but offers NO arch support unless you have nearly flat feet. The area where there’s supposed to be arch support has a slight raise...1/16 of an inch, maybe 1/8” max. I have normal arch height and length, but prefer arch support for my sore feet. These sandals were an almost, but not worth keeping for my needs.

I own mostly Alegria shoes due to many foot issues. All of them are size 41 (10.5M) with the original rocker sole. I wanted to try the Bryce since it doesn't look as clunky as the rocker sole. Got the cognac and it IS more attractive but I found the uppers to be too loose. Out of the box, I needed to adjust the straps more than an inch tighter just to stay on my feet. Alegria leather stretches over time and since these are almost at the max cinching on the velcro, there's no way to adjust more for stretching. Plus, makes the straps stick out. I really liked the look of this shoe and the foot bed was fine along with the usual arch support. If you have high-volume feet, these should fit fine and look pretty.

These shoe are different, but great support. My feet feel good in them. The "rocker bottom" part has taken sometime to get use to, but it works. Very much like them.

When I first put these on, I wondered why I ever try any other brand of sandals. I’ve had a few pairs of Alegrias in the past, and they feel magical on my feet. They stay pretty securely in place (for a slip on) but are not snug at all. These ones have a narrower profile than prior Alegrias I’ve had, which I like. They still fit my slightly wide foot very comfortably. The poppy pattern is not too in-your-face like some other Alegrias. Highly recommend.

Love them. I wore them on vacation, did a lot of walking and they were super comfy. I usually need to get a wide width but these were just fine.

I needed a pair of slides to wear in the house. These are perfect. I can slip them on and off over my socks and the adjustable straps make it easy to adjust to the thickness of my socks. They have plenty of cushion and decent arch support. And they are sporty too!

I normally wear 8b. These were too long and wide. Once I tightened the straps, they were sticking out too far. Size 37 fit better. However, akl sizes and colors I ordered in this style squeaked and all had to be returned. Very difficult to find a pair in this brand, any style, that do not squeak when walking.

Too narrow for my wide foot and this style doesn’t come in wide unfortunately. It does look like two big pieces of black duct tape over my foot, so it won’t win any style awards. It is a rocker heel so should be good for hallux rigidus.

Not the same as all my other Alegrias - very minimal arch support. They do feel nice and "spongy" to walk on, but I really wanted the same footbed that I was accustomed to. The shiny straps didn't bother me- they are not patent leather shiny- just mildly shiny. But in all my other Alegrias, I feel steady as a rock. In these, I almost felt like my left heel was not entirely seated in the footbed, and felt I might roll my foot. Disappointed- they have to go back.

The pattern makes these look so cheap in person, not like real leather at all. The bottom is not very grippy and the velcro straps stick out a lot because my foot is a bit on the narrow side.

I am so disappointed. Having been an Allegria customer for over a decade, I have come to depend on this brand’s quality of craftsmanship, excellent arch and heel support, and style, This is the THIRD pair of Allegria sandals I have ordered this spring that had major problems. Sadly it will be my last time ordering this brand. First pair of sandals (The Bailee) were identical to a pair I ordered last year. Allegria stopped using the better quality metal circular piece that holds together the strap that goes around the heel with the one that goes across your foot with a cheap plastic piece. The cheap plastic piece rubbed on my foot and was sure to cause a blister, I returned them. The next pair I purchased (the Vanna ) the front strap across the foot rubbed badly on my toes when I walked. At first I couldn’t figure out what the problem was until I compared the Vanna with another similar pair of sandals from previous years. Allegria has moved the strap that goes across the front part of the foot too close to the toes. Therefore, the front edge of the strap rubs on and hits your toes when you bend your foot as you walk. It’s clearly a design flaw and I can’t imagine why the manufacturers tampered with the placement of the strap. The final pair, the Bryce had the same problem…front strap placement was too far forward. In addition to these problems, there has been an overall decrease in quality of the materials used to make the shoes and the craftsmanship. The leather is cheap, non-flexible. The cork on the Bailee was rough on the soles of my feet. In conclusion, Allegria quality has gone considerably down yet they are charging the same high prices. I hope other customers will complain and that these problems will be addressed.
