This coat is gorgeous and warm. I got it for my winter trip to NJ. So I tried on 3 sizes: 8, 10 & 12. I’m 36A-34-41 and I think the 10 fit me best in order to wear heavy sweaters underneath. Unfortunately I kept the 8 instead because when I tried it on, the lining got stretched too much and ripped! I think the lining might be tailored a little too small for this coat. Honestly though, the 8 looks fabulous on me, cuz the cut is very flattering. For reference, when I button the coat, it isn’t tight, so there’s no stress on the buttons. So the coat itself isn’t too small for me. But it feels tight in the arms when I wear a heavy sweater underneath. The 10 looked nice on me, but a little loose and wide. I think I would’ve been unhappy with the 10. The wool is a little too itchy to wear a short sleeve under this, and the lining is too thin. If the lining was stronger, this jacket would be a perfect cool weather coat too (instead of just freezing winter weather). I love how flattering this is on my pear shaped figure!!

This is a beautiful coat. Put it on and feel elegant. I’m a casual gal who usually wears puffer jackets. Once in a while an occasion calls for something more dressy. This is the ticket.
