I love everything about the shoe except the heel height. The description says 3 3/4 inch heel. I assure you it’s more of a 4 1/2 inch heel. They are surprisingly comfortable for that high of a heel, but I feel like I’m walking on my tippy toes and as much as they would look beautiful with a few dresses I have, I think I may need to return. I think they aren’t practical. If I do keep them it’s because the price isn’t so bad. Hmmmmm. What to do. What to do.

Absolutely elegant shoes that I wanted to keep! The length was perfect (I'm a true size 5), and the width on the ball of the foot was especially comfortable. However, the heels would slip off repeatedly, and I knew these wouldn't be walkable. Even if there were a smaller size available, sizing down would not be the solution: the toe box would be too tight. It's simply a design flaw. I was determined to try everything to keep them -- tested heel inserts, insole inserts, etc -- but nothing did the trick. Disappointed to have to send them back, but I'd definitely look at other styles from this maker.

I wish these worked for me. The heel height and fabric and style were all perfect. They are a sharp power shoe! Unfortunately they pushed my foot forward in a weird way and caused pain, despite me being used to wearing heels for a long period of time. The sides also were weirdly floppy and didn’t fit my foot well.

I have wide feet, the shoe fit but the leather is not flexible at all and put a great amount of pressure on my pinky toe.

Fit okay a little low in front — did not like material

These heels are amazing, this is not a first pair of Schutz Lou, so I'm very happy to have them in classic black. But shoe box came bitten like hundred people tried and returned, and shoes have some marks of trying them on (but not too bad). So these shoes found their owner :))

The suede looked worn and shiny, not a great look. Cheap looking

Love all, absolutely ALL the colors. The comfort of this shoes is so great I bought 6 pairs.

Very comfortable heels. I’m very particular about heels bc they are usually too tight in the toes with the pointy toe. I usually buy a 1/2 size up but didn’t need to with these. I’ll buy them again for sure.

Your Sandals in your brand FITS ME PERFECT IN 9.5. I just discovered, my feet in your pumps I need a half size smaller, because of my skinny ankles. Thank you for understanding.

I wanted to love these because they are beautiful and look so good on but just trying them on they were very uncomfortable. My toes were so crammed at the front but I could tell that if I went up half a size, my heel would slip out the back. I would suggest trying them thought and maybe they would work for you. They are the perfect silhouette for a pump and well made! Just know I won't ever be excited to actually wear them because of discomfort. For reference, I am between a 7 - 7.5 and ordered a 7.

The width was as expected but they were longer than typical. Super cute style, great color (orange) with a classic slim stiletto heel. Wish they had worked out.

These fit beautifully but arrived damaged. The box looked crunched up and like it had gotten wet. I paid over $150 (including tax) for these shoes and when I opened the box they were scuffed in several places and there was tacky glue inside the bed of the shoe. Schutz is a great shoe brand but Zappos has gotten very lax about their quality of return standards. There was no tissue in this box and these were not wrapped well. Zappos is now the Amazon of shoes and (unfortunately) the QC totally shows. What a bummer. I'll buy from Schutz directly in the future.

I love these shoes and buy them all the time. Sadly, the toe part on the shoe was scuffed and the leather was damaged and it’s highly noticeable so I can’t justify wearing these, damaged and at $140

This is a gorgeous classic pump. Nude was the perfect neutral—not pinky and not too yelowish. I have these pumps in nubuck but this was my first time getting in leather. The leather arrived with peeling in the front of the toe box even tho not used so I had to return and reorder. The other pair still had it but not so obvious. I don’t know about the quality of leather used or how long these will last, but for the $130 price tag and Schutz brand, I expected more. Like that I have time to return if I change my mind.

Stunning shoes. I need every color. They fit so well and can go from a work event to a night out with ease. A staple for every closet. I’m Between a 5.5 and a 6 and the 5.5 was perfect.

The shoe is beautiful and has great support. The fit in my regular size is perfect, I am able to walk and stand for extended periods while wearing, and I get lots of compliments.

Very nice pumps. These run true to your size. I normally order a size 8 in shoes that are pointed at the toes to accommodate my wide feet; I should have ordered a size 7 1/2. I had to return; however, they were out of my size (7 1/2).
