What a shame. This is a beautiful bag, the leather is supple and has a nice sheen to it. I love the backpack conversation into a shoulder bag, however this is where the problem is. There are two knobs one on each side of the bag you have to push through to change the bag from a backpack to a shoulder bag. At first I thought I was doing something wrong when I noticed one knob was snapped. I looked at the other side and opened that snap but it wasn't easy and realized I could snap that one off very easily. Poor quality just on this one aspect of the bag.
