Very cute and durable shoes. Definitely size down!! I’m usually a 6 and the shoe fit better at a 5.

LOVE these rain boots. Cute, stylish, comfortable. I traditionally have narrow feet, so I have to wear a tad thicker socks, but still great!

I ordered several pair of black ankle rain boots. These were the cutest. I need a wider tow box but this boot was not unusually narrow.

Lovee these boots so much!! I'm on my feet all day standing and walking. I love them so much I bought a second pair although I did get them a full size smaller and they fit perfect. Highly recommend!

I was so excited to get these rain boots in time for the rainy season. But as soon as I open them, I see this white residue or scratching on both boots! I tried wiping it off with my hands, no luck. I tried a wet paper towel, no luck. I don't know what this is, but I was pretty annoyed to receive these boots looking like this. Sending back for sure.

The boots were shipped by Amazon in a generic box and without tags. The footbeds were scrunched up and uncomfortable. I can understand shoes getting returned and resold but I also expect a better customer experience and attention to detail from Zappos.

Super cute shoes! I never bought toms before until now! How weird. But I finally got a pair and it is so cute with any outfit that I wear for work. Only thing I got bothered by it was at first wear, top of my feet was hurting.

The moderate arch support went away about halfway through the boot's lifespan, but adding an insole added that back. Top of boot started to separate from sole about a year and a half in. This is about after a year of wearing them every day to tramp about in the mud and wet. I'm still wearing them for Spring gardening but they're not functional as rain boots for the rainy season any longer.

The boots seem like they will be perfect for what I need - walking the dog in the winter and spring. They do run about a half size large, though. I ordered my usual size 10 but they felt loose. I ordered a size 9 and they were too snug. I'll keep the 10s and wear heavy socks! In both cases the boots arrived 2 days after I ordered them. I'm very pleased with the fast service, free shipping and free returns and will definitely order from Zappos again.

Glad that the description recommendation said that if you are a half size, to go DOWN a half size, not up (which is what I would normally do). I wear a 7.5 and ordered a 7, and even then they are a TAD big, but will fit perfectly with winter socks.

Adorable Madewell boots at a great price. I'm very happy with them! They do definitely run large. I wear a true 9.5 and sometimes go up to a ten in shoes I plan to wear heavy socks with. I ordered a 9 and kept my fingers crossed. They fit perfectly with socks. They are rubber which it probably states in the description and I'm happy about, but I thought they were a waterproof leather when I ordered them.

Love these boots! They are stylish and comfortable. I am usually a 6.5. The 6 is these is a little big but they fit thicker socks, which is great in the winter. I was walking in snow for a bit today and my feet weren’t cold. I love that they are functional in wet and cold but look like regular boots so they go great with any outfit too.

Love these boots! They are larger on me than a true fit, but I wanted to wear them with heavy socks, so find them perfect that way.

I always buy a size 7, but ordered these in a size 6 based on other reviews. The size 6 fit perfectly. Very comfortable and trendy rain boot.

Sized down for my college- aged daughter, they are super cute!

I originally attempted to order directly from Madewell and thought since I was a size 9.5 usually, I'd order a 10 and wear big thick socks. Even with big thick socks, a 10 was too large. They were out of stock for 9s but I was happy to find them on Zappos. The 9 fit perfectly, even with socks so I recommend if you're between sizes, to size down.

This is nice boot! It's not too heavy but feels like a good rain boot. I wouldn't wear these for garden/heavy duty work outside. I have a wide foot and this style is definitely too narrow for me. It might be a regular width but I honestly don't know for sure, because obviously it felt narrow to me and I returned them.

Be specific about your likes and dislikes. How was the fit and size? What does the material feel like? How awesome (or not) do you feel wearing them?

These were a 7 but I think they fit more like a 7.5 or even 8. For reference, I'm normally a 6.5 or 7. The opening for the ankle is HUGE. That's great if your ankles are a little on the larger side but for my scrawny chicken legs... not so much. I looked like a kid who had stolen their dad's shoes.

cute but a little bit narrow- and I don’t have particularly wide feet. these are good for running errands or going out for dinner, but I wouldn’t do a lot of walking in them.
