I like these shoes a lot, but the Zappos shoe size chart does not correspond with Palladium's. All of the shoes I ordered were not true to size. I had to compare later on the Palladium website and there chart is a half shoe size different.

These shoes are great! They are an off-white, creamy white with a tan sole. My foot measurements are 10.25” long and 4” at the widest part. I got the size 9’s and they fit an teeny bit snug with socks but I like that. I think they’ll mold to my feet some. The sole is thick but not cushiony. Probably wouldn’t wear them for hours of standing and walking.

I love these shoes. They are super cute and stylish. The only problem I had was getting the correct size to fit my feet. They run almost a whole size larger. I normally wear a 8 1/2-9. I bought a size 9, they were way too big. So I exchanged them for a 8 1/2. Those were even a tad bit big but manageable. I recommend going a half size down ( or even a whole size down) from your actual shoe size. Other than that I love them. They are comfy as well.

I wore these boots to work without taking much time to break them in and they were great. If you have arch issues just put supports in. I sometimes need arch support but did fine without them with these boots. I found them to be true to size! At first I sized down but they were too small. My regular size was the correct fit. They are heavy but I like that feeling. Very sturdy. Also they did not irritate my Achilles’ tendon although I wore them all day long. I can see why the company hasn’t made too many changes over the years. Well made and worth the price.

Love the shoes, love the style… but way too heavy!!! Also, I wish that Palladium would make more styles in women’s sizes. Most women’s feet are very different from most men’s feet. I think women got dropped out here.

I went up 1/2 size to be sure they fit, and that was just right. Love the looks of 'em! So much so that I ordered a second pair.

The shoes are cute and very good for the price, but they are a not the best for someone with flat feet. Also, Palladium still has not figured out how to make their shoes comfortable enough at the ends to keep them from rubbing against customers' toes while walking. I'm keeping them, but I feel Palladium is just a couple of thoughtful considerations away from making these boots perfect.
