Fit well the color is very much distressed and not a true black it almost has a brownish charcoal look rather than black. I normally wear 40 in free people and these are no different although sometimes 40 in free people runs small in my opinion (I would say 1 in 5 times free people size 40 runs small) and these are a normal Size 40- I absolutely LOVE theses boots.

THese are are beautiful boots, they run a little bit big but it helps that you can lace them up super tight

Super cute combat boot! I got the flowered print, and it is just as pictured. Only minor sizing issue is that the foot of the boot is slightly long. Definitely fits right in with the chunky boot trend. :)

cute style & look but the fit on these is a bit narrow and the leather is VERY stiff - so didn't feel very comfortable and didn't seem like they would break in very easily... or at all. so sadly returning them

Half sizes are needed with this boot. Ordered up based on reviews of them running small and they're too big. Don't feel confident I can order down from 9.5 and they'll fit so sadly need to return.
