I’m writing this review to correct the description of these boots. They are NOT cowboy boots. I use them for equestrian sport jumping and the half chap that goes with them in The Ascend Half Chap currently back ordered until mid July. THESE are the first equestrian sport paddock boot! NOT COWBOY BOOTS! They are comfy but a tiny bit long in the tow. Good ankle support as well! I also ordered an 8 1/2 and I’m waiting to see since the toe is a bit long!

Sent them back my daughter didn’t like them at all. They were challenging to get on and dug in to her heels.

Good looking, nicely manufactured, but very narrow. Had to return them.

Love the ankle support and the close-contact feel when I'm in the stirrup! Difficult at first to get on but this gets easier after a couple wears.

Most comfortable paddocks boots I've ever had. Between neing on my feet all day and riding mulitple horses my don't hurt at the end of the day.

I injured my Achilles tendon and my regular Ariat tall boots and paddock put too much pressure on my ankle. These paddock boot are the most comfortable and supportive shoes EVER! They run narrow enough for a snug fit across my instep which prevents any heel rubs.

Very hard to find good fitting comfortable shoes for barn wear. These should do nicely. I did not have trouble getting them on and off. Bought a 7.5 but prefer a 7 but can make them work. Great for people with narrow heels. Now hoping they hold up.

These boots are working great for me as I go from ground work with young horses to riding. I wear them for many hours a day and I have no foot fatigue that I sometimes have with other boots. They did feel a little different when I first rode in them. They are a little challenging to put on but not bad.

I love these paddock boots! I can't say enough about them. They are comfortable and stylish. I walk my dog twice a day wearing these boots and no matter how wet the grass is, my feet are dry! They are great for riding, I have the half chaps that match.

This is my 2nd pair, i have had my other pair for over 2 years and love them! I wore them on the average 2 times a week out at barn and shows. I finally have started to notice wear in my older ones. I wear a 7.5 shoe and bought same for this boot. I dont think this boot is meant for people with a high arch or very wide foot. I would say my foot width is average or just a wee bit on the wide side. Will most definitely buy again!

True to size. Lightweight, very comfortable. No ties, zippers or buckle to mess with. They are different from every other paddock boot I have had, too a chance on them and it was well worth it. Love em!

A new take on paddock boots. Haven’t ridden in them yet but really cool looking and very comfortable.

Love riding in these rather than tall boots! They're tighter than I expected and they squeak like rain boots, hence the 4 stars.

This is a comfortable boot which is really in spite of what I read from other folks, not hard to-pull on.
I have major foot-issues so even to find a sort of comfortable boot for my feet is difficult.
These boots fit the pretty good category.I would give them 5 stars but they are not quite that good and I have no idea-how they will hold up.They are a bit low in that not a huge toe box I need nylon stockings so 4 stars

These paddock boots are super comfy, like riding sneakers. You can easily wear them all day! My only complaint is that since they aren't real leather, my feet get hot and sweaty in them. Some people have complained they are difficult to get on, but they have a loop in the back that helps to pull them on, and it's a very small price to pay for all day comfort. Would definitely recommend, this is my second pair.

Snug fitting, provides great support. Not the least bit water resistant though.

This is a nice alternative to the Ariat shoes I have for riding. My only concern is that the heel is not very differentiated from the sole. Not deep enough if that makes sense. They are excellent for barn wear and work. Very light and comfortable.

Love, Love, Love the look but I did return because it was too high on my arch. I also purchased the Devon paddock boot and feel I have the same problem. I know it will give some but wondering if I should size up a half a size as now two boots fit the same way. Any advice on how to size for a high arch or is there another line I should try?

These are by far the most comfortable boot to work in and be in the ground in. Ok for in the saddle. Not nearly the ankle support you get in traditional paddock boots, and not as easy to push your heels down in. They run large. I went an half size down. Other wise extremely light weight and comfortable. Not sure how durable they will be though

I bought these boots to save and use as my nice shoes for grooming at shows after getting tired of my sneakers looking dirty after a couple weeks. A year later I cannot take them off! I bought a second pair to keep nice so I can keep the old ones as daily work boots. They are comfortable and give great support. The fabric is a bit hard to keep clean and they are tight in the ankle to get on but once they are on they are the best! And they seem to tolerate water without falling apart so sponging off the fabric ankle part occasionally has worked pretty good. I definitely recommend these as daily boots on the ground and if I was better at keeping my riding boots clean I would definitely use them for that.
