Interesting shoes. Looks like a dress casual sneaker with soft spikes added for golf. These shoes are unique looking for a golf shoe and in fact, look more like the casual line of golf shoes from FJ. They run a little narrow but are offered in wide and extra wide widths if you can find them in your size. Overall, a sporty good looking shoe that will be comfortable on or off the course. I’ll stay with my trusty NB, FJ, and ECCO golf shoes for serious golf. However, these shoes will be great to wear to the office and then to play a quick 9 on the way home.

Fit completely differently - one size smaller and narrower - than NB 997, compared to the same marked size.

I have very wide feet. I try to find shoes that have a sl2 last. I found these so I ordered a pair. They were size 10 4 e which I thought would be perfect. After trying them on they were still to tight. Unfortunately I had to send them back.

It would be a fine golf shoe for someone with a narrower foot than me. It seemed to be the widest choice I had in a size 8 with NB. FootJoy had a Size 8 in EEEE AND it was made of a more flexible material than NB, this seemed to add even more of the width I needed.

Returning this shoe as the top of the heel cup digs into the back of my ankles with every step. Might not be an issue when wearing pants, but with socks/ankle socks it's quite painful.

Beautiful and cool looking shoe, but if you have wide feet do not get these. NB has better options for the wide footed man.

Comfortable, but have worn out the padding/fabric in the heels on two pairs in way less than one season.

I've been wearing New Balance sneakers for years. However, I had to return them because they were too small.

Just did not fit me well. Felt they were 1/2 size smaller, but with a wide heel. Ordering the next size up would likely make the wide heel condition worse for me.

I have worn a number of new balance running shoes. The golf shoes are much narrower than their running shoes. Nice shoes but unfortunately I have to return them.

This shoe was disappointing to me. I've been a fan of New Balance shoes for years but this golf shoe was like it was made from a different company; it is definitely narrower than it's size....and that's a big comfort factor for me. Their regular 4E shoes fit me fine.....but not these golf shoes. And even the laces were small, there isn't enough material to tie a full bow, just a half bow.

They're not entirely waterproof. That's my only complaint. I got back from a dewy 9 holes today, and my socks were wet

Shoe did not fit properly. Very small. New Balance normally true to size, but not these golf shoes. Disappointed

Wore for the first time. Feet were wet after nine holes. Granted, I played early morning with dew on the ground but come on!

I was happy with the grip and comfort of these until I played in wet conditions. These are quite the opposite of waterproof in that they become waterlogged and super heavy. I threw them away at the end of last season and didn't think twice about it until I was just looking for a new pair and saw these claimed to have a "2 year waterproof warranty". I'm not sure if it is even worth the time and effort to call customer service...

Not even close to being a 4E compared to other New Balance 4E

I have 3 pairs of New Balance shoes that fit me perfectly. I first ordered the New Balance 574 Greens golf shoe in my standard size 10 1/2. The shoe looks great, but my big toes were cramped. Not enough height. Width was fine. So I ordered the same shoe in the 11. Same problem with the big toes. Sending both pairs back.

The problem with these golf shoes is the tongue slips underneath the laces. The laces star digging in to the ankle after a while. Shoe tongue needs to be a bit longer.

First it felt great, but after walking 18 holes my foot was sore and toes rubbed on the side . Would’ve returned if I had the box.

Previous (3 years old) 574 golf shoes were pretty comfortable. These 574s are tighter in the toe box, too tight for me. I want a more square toe box.

Incredibly odd-fitting shoe. If you have a softball-sized heel and baguette for a forefoot, this might be the shoe for you? Arch support was lacking as well.
