I use these for trail building in northern Colorado. Everything from digging the trail itself to moving boulders. These things are SUPER comfortable. They allow full mobility of the fingers which makes them a pleasure to wear.

These gloves are great. I do find that the number sizes tend to be a tiny bit large for me, so I generally size down with OR gloves. This is my second pair of leather OR gloves and will buy them again.

I bought a pair of these gloves 2 years ago and have used them for both AT skiing and fat biking. They have held up great and have no signs of wear yet. I just bought a second pair to have as a backup.

Received these as a warranty from failed Wood Splitter gloves which died a slow miserable death after just 3 mountain scrambles. The Direct Route gloves thus far have rocked! Tactile, breathable, durable and perfect fit! Have used them for hiking and touring so far and couldn't be happier! Bummer about turning my hands a deeper shade of orange every time they get wet, but what ev's. It's not the end of the world. :)

I had the fingerless gloves and love them so I tried these but got a size smaller to really get a good fit. Leather like this forms to your fingers and there is enough stretch in the fabric back to keep it just right.

Like 'em. They are indeed gloves. THey are lightish in weight which was what I was looking for. I see using these on cooler MTB rides as well as while skinning up mountains in the Backcountry. They have sufficient dexterity to operate zippers, buckles, and to rip off and Re-apply climbing skins to the skis. Lovely. Thanks. Namaste.

I've been using these as work gloves. I absolutely love them! They're very tough where they need to be and super breathable. Will buy again once these wear out

I've got two pairs of these, and they're really solid. Palms hold up really well, and they're comfortable. You can't ask for much More than that.

Sweet gloves. Use them as general work gloves, great for most uses. The back is thin which is nice in the heat but not so great for repairing barbed wire fence.

Amazing, I actually use these for work hauling heavy equipment on a transport. I can only speak for the durability and comfort.

I bought these for motorcycle riding on hot days...nice solid leather palm combined with a breathable backhand. Fit to normal size.

As expected in a unisex glove, I find the fingers a bit wide for me, but still a decent fit and good quality glove.

I got these gloves to abuse them. They stand up, give good grip, protect your hands from unfriendly rocks or bushes. Great to add to your quiver of gloves for tough outdoor adventuring. If you are in doubt about sizing, go on the small side, they will accommodate a bit of stretch.

Nice, the leather is breaking in nicely. They are tight but then break in to a great fit.

I work with my hands and i have experienced down times in the past due to even minor injury. As a result, I wear gloves for just about every activity I undertake. I have tried every manufacturer there is, trying to save a few bucks here or there. There is no question as fas as I am concerned. OR make the beat gloves in the industry. Every model I have tried is well made and thoughtfully designed using appropriate materials. Best of all they fit my big hands, wspecially between thimb and forefinger. I have and use OR gloves in every category and am super satisfied with each and every pair.

Fit a little small. That part was my fault. Usually wear a large but I can get away with some mediums especially if I want a snug fit but the medium seems to snug for me. They are stretching out though with use and I'm sure they be fine. I wear a large in most all OR gloves so if that's your case also stick with large. They fit way better right off the bat.
