I purchased the W and I have wide feet - that are not always comfortable in a W because I am really wide. These shoes are sassy, extremely comfortable and the W is perfect for a wider foot. Perfect with skinny jeans or a suit. I have worn them 10+ times some days walking 3,000 steps in the office and feel great. I am 48 yo professional who has fun with artsy style. I totally recommend these shoes.

Absolutely beautiful shoe.I initially ordered a 6 1/2 which usually fits though I actually wear a size 7,once the 6 1/2 came and I tried them on they were way to tight at the toe so I exchanged them for a size 7 and they fit.I had to put shoe cushions in them to keep my feet from sliding forward but I'm good with that.Customer service is excellent and the shoes came the next day,just can't beat that!

These seem like comfortable and stylish heels, but unfortunately the ankle strap is just way too short for me to be able to wear them. I was unable to do them up! You’d need very thin ankles for these to fit.

This is a beautiful shoe! However, the ankle strap is too short for my ankle. It wouldn't even reach the clasp. Such a bummer. If you don't have thick ankles, then this is a great shoe!

Maybe the other ladies have huge ankles because I was able to buckle down to the 3rd hole on the ankle strap and I am not a small woman. As with all other Naturalizer shoes, I have to buy at least a half size smaller than other brands. This brand runs very long, I usually buy a 8.5W in shoes but this brand I can get away with buying 7.5 wide. These are the most comfortable and flattering heels I own, I believe its the d'orsay style that helps with the fit and look. My legs look long and because it's open on the sides, my feet aren't being constrained. Now I need some d'orsay flats.

This is a beautiful shoe! Unfortunately the ankle straps did not fit my ankle. Way too short! So sorry I had to send them back. Wish my ankles were smaller or the strap was longer.

Fit true to size. The only thing I did not like is they do rub a bit at the back of the ankle. However, it was easily resolved with a bandaid. The shoes are phenomenal looking for the comfort.

Very comfortable! The snakeskin printed and textured leather is not very believable. However, it’s a useful shoe and will look great with jeans.

Gorgeous shoe, great fit, cheaply made. First wear - scuffed going from home to car to parking lot at work. Barely any walking at all. Second wear - small part of the leather scraped off the heel. Very comfortable for what they are, has a lot of cushion and a bit of arch support (wish it had more but I am used to the firm support of orthotics and don’t usually expect much from a heel). My feet are very wide and the 7.5W fits perfectly. I just wish the quality was better. That’s why I try never to buy shoes full price. Bought these on sale but look around...they exist cheaper.

The size I normally wear(7M)was too big and a half size down was too small,I think for me a pump in a Naturalizer shoe just doesn’t work,otherwise it’s a pretty shoe

I like the look on my feet and they are comfortable but as another review pointed out the strap is too short. I can wear them but takes effort to get the strap in and get it to stay in place while trying to secure it if you have skinny ankles, may not be an issue. For that reason I didn't give it full stars.

I had to return these as the ankle strap did not fit around my ankle! The shoe felt like it would be a comfort heel, and it was definitely true to size/width, but the ankle strap is just not large enough if you don’t have what must be tiny ankles.

Full size too big, some toe cleavage, the wide was not wide enough.

Lovely shoes. Liked how they looked. But too high of a heel for me and I could have easily "fell off" these shoes. No support between front to back of shoe.

These were true to size and fit fine. But I'm not big on pointy-toed shoes, and these are really pointy, so I returned them. I didn't like the shape of the heel either. So overall it had nothing to do with the quality, and boiled down to personal preference.
