Hiking, climbing, and playing golf. my all roung go to shoe.

I bought these to use as an all-around shoe that I could take on our family vacation to Florida, to be used in multiple situations, so that I wouldn't need to pack several pairs of shoes: golfing, Disney World, walking, moderate hiking. Glad to say these worked out fantastically and just as I wanted!

We did winter hiking in Wind cave national park. These did great across the terrain and in fresh powdery snow. They also we're great for hiking up the icy cliff to community caves in Spearfish Canyon.

I really am enjoying my Altalight Waterproof shoes due to the fit, comfort, and utility. I use them to walk, hike, train with my German Shorthair Pointer. Traction, warm, and waterproofness are key to enjoying the winters with her in New England.

These are light, very waterproof and sturdy. Grips are good for snow and slush. Wish they were a little less expensive though.

Was looking for light and waterproof. These are super comfortable. I've been walking in the rain them and all is good and dry. Nice grip too. Got the Blue ones.

Well designed in every detail. Fit is true to size and wider than expected. My new favorite hiking shoe.

I have been wearing Merrell shoes for over 20 years. My go to shoes are Moab's but as I do a lot of hiking in the Catskill mountains I tried several brands of top of the line hiking boots, none of which turned out to be comfortable. I decided to give the Altalight Waterproof a try. I knew there was something different as soon as I put them on. I soon figured out it was the lateral stability! Wow, try as I may I can't roll my ankles in these shoes! Then I noticed something else. After several hikes I found that the Altalight's seemed to have molded to my feet! Seriously these are the most comfortable shoes I've ever had. In fact I'm looking to buy another pair for every day use (sorry Moab's :)

The shoe was spectacular! it was better than expected, it is definitely light and comfortable and plenty of traction.I just hope they continue to make this shoe and don't discontinue it like some of the others in the past that I have enjoyed. So I will be ordering another pair just in case.and I wish they would make the non-waterproof pairs with colored soles instead of white.

These fit perfectly. Would buy again.

Spent 9 days hiking in Bryce Canyon, Escalante, Capitol Reef and Zion, great traction on the rocks and trails. Comfortable and satisfied with this shoe.

I purchased the butternut color. Such an awesome shoe! Super light. Comfortable right out of the box. Very breathable. I'm looking forward to rocking these regularly. True to size (purchased a size 12).

Great shoes. Very comfortable. I'm a mailman, so they definitely got their use. Wish the waterproofing would last a bit longer tho.

If this came in a wide it would be the best boot I have ever tried

Purchased these to wear everyday working on a golf course. These shoes exceeded my expectations. Keep my feet dry and breathe very welL. Comfortable but not too soft. They got it right with this shoe.

Shoe is very comfortable and light only thing is just a tad bit narrow but other than that very satisfied

It took a little while longer than it should have to receive these new Altalights but it was worth the wait. I love them. Right out of the box, they are fast & light and don't hurt one bit. The only complaint I have is that they are showing a LOT of wear already. I got the black on black ones and they certainly don't look only 2 weeks old. More like 2 months. I am a little concerned that they won't last but that remains to be seen. That being said, I'm walking about 100m per month so that may be the problem...
