These are the BEST fitting jeans I have. Levi’s don’t always fit me well, but the ribcage style is perfect for those with very small waists and fuller hips and thighs. Also, these are truly high waisted on me. I have a long toro and would struggle to find a high waisted jean that I could wear a crop top with, but not show my belly button. I ended UK buying these in 5 different colors. I definitely recommend. (I feel like it is worth mentioning that Zappos/Zappos customer service is absolutely incredible and it’s so worth buying here. They go above and beyond to accommodate every time)

I am 5'5 1/2" and weigh about 128 pounds, normally wear a 26 - 27 or a 4 in jeans. I never doubt that a 27 or a 4 will fit. I have a few pairs of Levis and never had a problem with them being too small. Ok, that being said, I ordered 2 pair, a 27 and a 28 of the Ribcage Straight Ankle in "Charleston Rain". So I was totally surprised when I couldn't get any button but the waist buttoned on the 27 . The 28 fit like my other clothes, perfect. I love them!!! They are super cute and flattering! They look just as well with booties, Birkenstocks, converse etc. I know I'll get a lot of use out of them. Order 1 size up.

You’re definitely going to want to size up! I’m normally a 27 in wedgie fit but in these I was a 28. This particular denim color offers more stretch for whatever reason but no complaints, super cute and comfy

I’m normally a size 28 in jeans, and ended up with a 28 in the “Sketchy” wash after trying sizes 27, 28 and 29. The 28 felt best overall, but still a little large in the waist. Might have them taken in at the tailor. I like that they are truly high waistEd and have a bit of stretch (while not stretching out over the course of the day). I do wish they were a little longer (5’9” tall) It should also be noted that the fabrication of the jeans I received is actually 85% cotton, 14% poly and 1% elastane Overall I’d recommend!

I own 5 pairs of Levi’s shorts and jeans—all in the same size. I order my regular 26 in these and I could easily have done a 28...way to make a petite person feel like they’re morbidly obese, Levi’s. The worst jeans ever. Will return.

Obsessed with the look of these but size up. I’m normally 27 for reference and got these in a 29 and they fit perfectly.

I love the style of these jeans. I made the mistake of ordering a size up based on other reviews. I think they actually fit true to size. I ended up returning, but would definitely considering ordering in a smaller size at some point.

I have the ribcage fit in 3 washes now - I love the super high rise and overall fit - but in “Cosmic Chatter” I had size down one. They feel a little more stretchy and thinner than my other pairs. No complaints just be aware the washes fit differently. For reference I have the darkest wash “Life’s Work” in a 30W and they fit perfectly w/just the smallest gap in the waist but they’re incredibly rigid. Cosmic Chatter is more comfortable but I’ll return for a 29W.

Love these jeans! The rise comes to just above my navel and is SO flattering. I own 8 pairs of Levi's jeans in wedgie and skinny fits, and am a true size 24. Also got the ribcage jeans in a 24 and they fit perfectly with no gaping at the waist.

A little big- it’s a cute style but I would definitely go one size down or it looks a little baggy. I’m hoping it tightens up in the wash but definitely still kept .

I go between a 25 and 26 in Levi's. I decided to order a size 26 in the jeans and while they are slightly loose in the waist, they are incredibly comfortable and fit well around the hips (I have an 11-12" difference between my waist and hips). They are a little long (I'm 5'4") but will be easy to hem. They are very much straight, so keep that in mind. Overall, they are definitely worth it!

Like but not love. These are super comfy and move well with you. However I went with a 26 and I’m usually 25/26. I could have definitely gone down a size and based on if they stretch out I might have wished I had. I’m 5’4” and they hit right at the top of my foot and are narrower at the bottom than the pictures depict. More of a straight leg. The waist is actually high enough which I love but if you have a little waist and athletic legs at all they’re going to look a bit weird. They’re super comfy though and I’ll keep them, but am just disappointed that they’re not what I was expecting them to be. I wish they were more wide at the bottom.

They fit to size. But be aware that they are not 99% cotton as the description says! As least in the color I got, Summer Slide, which has only 86% cotton, the rest is synthetic fibers. More comfortable but lower quality than the jeans with higher cotton content.

The fit was perfect but this is listed as 99% cotton and they are actually 85% cotton.

Super cute jeans! Love everything about them. True to size. I’m 5’ 3” and 117 lbs. Size 26x27 is good!

I ordered these jeans one inch bigger than my usual size 27 and they were very baggy and too big. I think these must vary a lot by size because the reviews are all over the map. I ordered them again in my normal size and they fit great. I tried to shrink the 28 inch waist but it is still too big. I would order your normal size. I do have a very straight build though.

I should have ordered these in my original size 27 instead of the 28. Some of the reviews said they ran small but for me they were true to size. Very cute and slouchy without being too wide.

I have worn Levi’s jeans for the past 30 years or so. These might be my favorite cut! These are classic, comfortable, and flattering jean that I can wear to work when I ride my bike any time of year and don't have to worry about any skin exposure while I'm teaching. They are not the original thick denim, but they do have some stretch.

Time to move your skinnies to the back of your closet! I love these jeans. I chose the "pick a draw" wash. This version of the Ribcare has stretch, unlike most other washes that are 99% cotton. I took my normal size 27. In the wedgie I wear a 28. The rise is extra high at 12 inches, perfect for a shorter or cropped shirt. Hello summer!

Fit comfortably, but the order was for the specified "Zip fly with button closure.", not the 'all button-up fly' that was sent /received.

I had to go down and be size for a fitted look. The denim has a lot of give and very comfortable. The denim is not the premium material so I’m not sure if it will not bag out or maintain it’s fit. Time will tell. I got the summer slide color and it looks good with the white button shirt tucked in.

Probably the most comfortable Levi’s I own. These has some stretch that I did not expect. I usually don’t want the stretch but these has been great for work. Not really sexy

The material of these Levi’s was a lot thinner than my other pair of Ribcage jeans. Did not feel like the genuine denim that I’d expect, so I had to return.
