Great looking comfortable sandal! I like the adjustability of the straps so I'm able to get just the right fit!

I have to say, this is the best sandal I've bought. I have a "Merrill foot" and was hoping the sandals would be as comfortable as their shoes and boots I've purchased. Happy to say they are amazingly comfortable. What else can I say...they're sandals. Very comfortable on long walks. I ordered online and the sizing was perfect. I don't really enjoy giving virtually perfect reviews, but they nailed it on this product.

As always Merrel brand is best

These are great outdoor sandals. They are comfortable and the fit is great. I highly recommend them for comfortable walking around town and at the beach.

Great pair of sandals, got these to replace my Ecco, that lasted a long time and were very comfortable. These sandal fit well are comfortable, and seem to be well constructed.

I wanted a sandal with good arch support like the moab shoes have and this tends to work well

My feet seek comfort and support, and they have found it with these water-bound sandals. They offer the right combination of straps and open-air for ventilation.

My husband usually won't wear a sandal, but due to an issue with a toe it was necessary to get him a pair. He has discovered that he loves wearing these so much that we have ordered a second pair. This way he has one for everyday and then a pair for good. Thank you Merrell for making such a fine product.

I have had Merrell sandals for years and have always trusted them. These new Kahuna 4 sandals are nice and comfortable...BUT......the upper velcro strap is waaaaay to short. I have to keep reattaching the straps because only 1/2 inch of velcro meets each other to secure. These Kahunas are the only sandals that properly fit me, but I now have to spend more money on getting the straps lengthened so they don't keep coming undone. I've never had this issue with Merrell before. This pair will last me for years, but just frustrated that I need to spend more money just to wear them.

Only use 4th gear, other gears don't works as well

Nice materials, excellent tread. I normally wear an 11 in other brands but I wear size 12 in Merrell and so I ordered 12 and these fit good. They look that they should stand up well over time. The only downside is that they seem to be for wider feet. I think I have normal width feet but I have to tighten front straps all the way to fit comfortably with bare feet...hopefully the straps don't stretch too much over time as I can't tighten them anymore.

It's a great surf and trail sandal, although it suffers the same slippery insole issue practically every other sandal does. Some kind of spray-on stuff should fix that. I wear a Wide (EE) normally, and this one fits well enough even though its not marked as such, Merrells always have.

The only issue I have with these sandals is the upper velcro strap seems too short. When I take my feet out of the sandal, the strap comes out of the loop, and needing to be reinstalled into the loop every time. Other than that I really like these sandals, they are very comfortable for most types of terrains.

I love the fit and how comfortable. I use them daily in a desert environment. They are great for going on walks but I haven't tried them yet on any hikes. I'm guessing they will do great. I'm just concerned with the signs of wear I'm seeing on the strap by the ankle. I wasn't expecting to see that after a couple of weeks. I don't know if I can fully recommend them.

I have a size. I bought merrel sandals in Calgary AB. A few years ago and they were awesome. I had them for a long time. Whenever I go to Mark's or any where that sells merrells. No indy can find me a 16 in a hiking sandal. Why not?
