These are adorable but i should have listened to the previous reviewers. There IS some kind of defect in the left shoe, right above the big toe. Its a bump and is so uncomfortable that it hurt to wear them for even 5 minutes around the house. Would have liked to order another pair just to see but another reviewer had done that with no success. I wish Zappos would read these reviews and contact the manufacturer

So disappointed! I have two pairs of the Elsa lll but the Elsa lV is NOT the same shoe! It was too narrow.

I ordered these in a 7.5 because my old Keens (size 7) felt quite snug lately. The 7.5 was a bit too large, but it's just as well. The insole, which looks quite substantial and does have decent arch support, has a couple of odd places that make the shoe uncomfortable for walking much. It might just be my shoes, because it was just the left foot (manufacturing problem?). I replaced the one that came in the shoe with two of my others. Now the sole is very comfortable, and there's no problem with them feeling large. I do require a very cushy sole and if you're looking for that you won't find it. If you're willing to replace the insole the shoe is cute, fun, and feels very durable.

These shoes are really cute, but ... there is a bump on the inside of the left shoe where it is sewn together and it hits my big toe knuckle. I tried two different pair and both had this bump that is more prominent in the left shoe. I'm sure this shoe will be great for someone whose feet are shaped a little differently than mine. I'm sad to have to send them back.

I have bad feet. Bunions on both feet, and some other issues with heels and toes. That being said I have 3 pairs of this Keen Elsa. I love the design and colors available.I have worn these with shorts, skirts and summer dresses, leggings and blue jeans. The foot bed is comfortable for me as a daycare teacher to be on my feet all day. Those are the pros for this shoe. The con for this shoe is that I have to go up a size (my normal shoe size is 8.5, I ordered a 9) because even though the toe box appears wide enough the seam there does rub badly in my normal size. My normal size would have worked had that seam not been there. All in all I recommend these.

I typically wear a size 9 in Keen and this pair fit me well in 9. They look cute and will be useful for non-athletic walking (not enough arch support for serious walking) during warmer months.

Compared to ELSA III there is not as much material where the eyelets are causing the shoelaces to be a good distance apart which does not look good.

Super cute shoe from one of my favorite brands...Keen! I get lots of compliments when I wear anything by Keen. I am a 6.5 wide, and these shoes definitely are snug. It is taking a long time to wear them in. Unfortunately, I am not wearing them as often because of this (consequently taking longer to stretch out). From my experience, Keen tennis shoes do stretch over time. This style is just taking forever. Still....I do recommend them overall.

I wanted the shoes to be comfortable, but I could not wear them. The left shoes had a terrible connection with my big toe that made them too painful to keep.

I'm not really sure what size to order in Keen's anymore. It seems to vary by shoe. These feel smaller than normal, but it is more due to the height of the shoe. There is not enough vertical space for my foot, but the length is fine. The tongue is too long and cuts into my foot and the heel cuts too. If the shoe had fit though, it would have a nice amount of cushioning and looks fine.

Such cute pattern, and so uncomfortable! I love my Keen sandals and thought these might be good, cute walking shoes, but no.

I love everything about this shoe! I have always relied on Keen to make the best shoes!

Have worn a variety of Keen shoes and always purchase a half size larger. Size 9 is my normal go-to size in most all shoes and sandals, but I have to purchase a 9.5 for a comfortable fit in the Keen brand.

These are really cute shoes and they are comfortable expect for the stitching that rubs on the left foot- just as others have stated in their reviews. I’m keeping them and hope with some breaking in the left shoe won’t bother me anymore.

I found the shoes very comfortable right out of the box! May be a little clunky looking but will be cute with capri/leggings this summer.

Love this shoe. Ended up going with size 9 (usually wear a 9.5 size shoe). They are simple and cute shoe that goes with a lot of things. I need arch support so I wear them with my personal arch support inserts.

Love this shoe! However, I must go up half a size because they are a bit tight across my toes. The toe box in general seems a bit small, but the shoes still looked great and seemed comfortable enough while I had them on. Really wish they made these in a wide width, because that would have solved the problems.

This had a weird fit--it was too big from the arch back to the heel, letting the heel constantly slip off. Very cute-looking style, but cannot take the fit. It's going back.

This shoe is not for me. I ordered 2 sizes thinking at least I and/or my daughter would be able to wear them. Not so. There is no arch support, also the shoe is very boxy and flat. Looking down on the pattern these look like 2 different shoes, I didnt like that. Material is cute but very very random.

Bought these for my 12 year-old daughter. She couldn't get her foot into the shoes because they were way too narrow. It's a shame, because it's the one style of shoe on which she and her mom can agree. Her mom was excited, because she has two pairs of Keen sandals from 2005 that are holding up well.

These were too big for me. I ordered an 8 because I'm a 7.5 and they were too wide and too long. I tried them with socks and they still didn't work. Cute shoes though, I was bummed that they didn't fit.

The inside of the shoe is very rough, especially under the laces. And they are very stiff. I love the style and color, but I'm going to have to return them.
