This was my second pair of these and I must say I'm impressed. These are the only shoes I can run and jump in and not have foot pain afterwards. I prefer the Men's over women due to width.

Great for Body Pump as they stick to the floor during lifting weights. Great for hiit as well as nice and light.

Good support all around your foot and the arch. Very light and absorbs shock very well and the sock liner really gives you a close hug feel when doing those quick sharp movements
