These Reeboks hit the spot. I do a lot of HIIT workouts and dance cardio, and my New Balance running shoes weren't built for mat workouts. My feet would hurt after jumping a lot and I would lose my balance during squats and lunges. I need a gym shoe and these are PERFECT. When I do squats, I feel steady and grounded, and when I do jumping jacks, dance, or do skaters, I'm not weighed down by a heavy running shoe but also feel support so my feet and shins don't hurt. On top of all of this, the shoes are so stylish. The color is true to the picture, and I love the speckled bottom. A few of the reviews I read said the built-in sock made it difficult to put the shoe on, but it's literally a no-brainer, and I like that it feels a little snug around my ankle. I'm genuinely considering getting a second pair before they sell out.

This are great!! I had been using some regular running shoes for my HIIT classes but thought I’d give these a try. They are SO much more comfortable for that type of exercising- jumping jacks, burpees, lots of lateral moves and lunges. Even running/sprinting short distances in them (under 1/4 mile) is very comfortable. I should have bought these a long time ago.

I like the cushion & room for my toes in these. But I am not use to all the cushion or how big, clunky they feel on my feet. I had been wearing NIke Metcons for the gym. These felt unsable during kickboxing class, standing on one foot. The teacher of my class wears them though. I've had a hard time find shoes with enough cushion & stable for kickboxing class. I tried these, updated metcons, nanos. I am finding the Altra shoes most comfortable so far.

I have a narrow foot and these are way too roomy and the color in person looks like sand, not pinky like the photo.

I needed a crosstrainer for working out to Beachbody at home (P90X, Transform20...). I ordered a pair of these and the Reebok Nano. I liked them both, but the Nano won out in the end. They have a wider toebox and seem to have less drop, which I like. I think I would have been happy with either shoe, but preferred the Nano slightly. If you have a more narrow toebox or prefer more drop, these might work better for you.

These shoes are exactly what I was looking for, very stable and wide enough for my foot. I hate wearing socks with shoes and I love the built in sock. These are great for weightlifting and kickboxing.

I was a little off-put by the inner sock. In the picture, I thought they were just part of the shoe. I didn't like it at first, but it helps mold the shoe to your foot. It doesn't shift during cardio drills. These are some of the most comfortable trainers I've worn. They have great grip for mountain climbers and have a firm base without feeling stiff. They're supportive, flexible and light. I think Reebok as a brand has gotten better than years past. Nice advanced design and cushion.

Normally, I would scroll right past this sneaker however I am SO happy I did not. The style online versus how they look in person gives this shoe no justice! I do Heather Robertson's workouts on YouTube and tracked these down after seeing her wear them in one of her videos. In love with these and love how different they are from the standard Nikes/Adidas out there.

These shoes are great for HIIT workouts. I have a narrow foot and they fit great even with my extra arch supports. They are lightweight.

A really great pair. I have pretty awful feet and normally wear pretty aggressive orthotics but am wearing these without. I have VERY wide feet (with inner and outer bunions) and they are roomy yet my feet don't swim in them. I'd previously been wearing the Nanos and they started hurting my feet to the point I would take them off during workouts. I do HIIT and weight lifting. I do walk distances/interval sprints with them but do not run distance, so I can't speak to that activity. For compound movements like power cleans, they feel pretty stable. The "sock" keeps the shoe on your foot. I can't speak to durability YET, since I've only had them a week but considering my only other sneakers are now HOKAs (basically clouds attached to the bottom of your feet), that I choose these to walk my dog/sprint stairs tells me my feet are pretty happy in them. Ordering another pair (or 2) for sure. They also look great with everyday wear.. which leads me to my one criticism: the pink isn't actually pink, it's a cream/white. Beautiful still, and works with my neutral/warm wardrobe but I still feel it should be mentioned.
I'd also recommend:

These shows were great addition to my HIIT/boot camp style workouts. The toe box is a good size so not cramped while allowing good movement. The treads are great for gripping during various exercises that needed that. The arches at first seemed a bit off, but as other reviewers noted, they seemed to mold to my foot after first workout. I initially thought the "collar" they have instead of the traditional tongue was weird, but it does nicely relieve pressure/rubbing on top of my foot. I don't notice it anymore when I put on my shoes. Note these are not running/walking around all day shoes. If you need that type of cushion, get another shoe. But for workouts that include some cardio/some running, these are more than adequate in the cushion department. Very lightweight and comfortable overall.

Where have you been all my life!? I'm a Nano 4 girl; absolutely love them. But when these went on sale I figured lemme give something new a try. Boy am I glad I did. they're very comfortable, lots of cushion and beautiful to look at. I'm generally a 9.5/10 in the shoe size department. Unfortunately I missed the 9.5s, so while they fit comfortably, the half size runs a smidge long in the toe (for me). 100% recommend - as I write this review I was recommending them to my aunt & cousin over video chat. :)

I absolutely love those shoes. Super comfy. They are my favorite pair of training shoes. I stopped using my other ones in favor of this one. You won't regret this purchase.

Was really happy with these trainers for doing HIIT workouts. The heel and arch support is great. I have very flat feet and have found these really comfortable and supportive. Also my ankles can roll easily and find the elasticated sock to be great for holding my foot secure. They also look great too

I’m normally a shoe buyer for running so these were my first cross training shoe. I like the built in sock and toe box is square which is nice. These feel a bit clunky but have been comfortable since first workout.

I sized down and 1/2 size. They are good for HIIT workouts. I bought them to reduce my ankles rolling around. They are too wide to totally prevent rolling ankles but better than my brooks for HIIT. I usually buy narrow shoes but these don't come in narrow. I did have to size down 1/2 size from brooks and ON running shoes. Good shoe for the price.

I had been wearing running shoes to do indoor hiit workouts which I think now was causing knee pain. Since I've worn these trainers the pain hasn't been as bad, and you can tell the difference in the support.
