I had foot surgery 4 months ago the short is comfortable n helps in walking.

I needed to replace my Vionic Miles 8.5W but couldn't get them in the color and size I needed. I saw the Vionic Tokyo and decided to give them a try. Good Move. There are differences in fit between the two. The Tokyo runs wider at the ball of the foot higher in the toe box higher in the inside arch and harder in the heel cup than the Vionic Miles. I very much like these differences. The Width rating and the Arch Support rating are the comparison with the Miles. I don't care for the yellow trim but didn't let that stop me from buying the shoe. When I need to replace the Tokyo I'll get another pair of the Tokyo.

Very comfortable and I like the style, good fit for walking

Very comfortable and lightweight but feet easily get wet and or cold. Good arch support for plantar fasciitis issues. I think the Edin style was better.

This shoe is very nice looking and that's why I ordered it. However, I did return it because it seemed a bit narrow for my foot. I needed a more heavy duty walking shoe. I feel this shoe is more for completing the look of a nice casual outfit. It would be fine for that.

I was unable to keep these as they had a hard spot that dug into my right foot. I had to return them and they didn't have a size larger to try

I have overpronation, walking and especially running hurts A LOT. At the same time, I really love walking. Vionic shoes are the hit for me, time after time they deliver the right support. Some shoes take longer to break in, but we usually get there. This beautiful snicker was almost an instant hit. Took me less than a week to break them in and wear them comfortably. Super happy with comfort. That being said, this is second pair of Vionic sneakers that fell apart at the heel after just few months of wearing. The sponge at the heel is completely out right now and I only wore them a little through the summer and September. I will continue buying Vionic because I can't find anywhere else combo of style and comfort like they do, but this brand has to either up their quality or lower the price tag.

First the cons: Toe box is somewhat narrow. I intended to send them back,but loved the arch support so much that I kept walking in them until the toe box loosened up enough for me and my bunions! now it's not a problem. The tongue is another story! It shifts throughout the day and I have to untie my shoe and recenter it and retie many times in the course of a day. Maybe if the tongue were wider..I'm hoping that Vionic will consider fixing this problem. Pros: EXTREMELY supportive and comfortable shoe! Bought these because of the name..and they are very cool-looking in the black with the contrasting laces! I'll be going to Tokyo soon and taking these bad boys with me!

Love this sneaker! I had to go from a regular to a wide width in order to wear a normal sock in this shoe. I've purchased 4 colors and wear them daily as a teacher. I have Vionic flats and sandals I wear when not in the classroom and all these have been normal width. For some reason, in regular width I could feel the edges of the insole in this shoe. Wide width took care of that problem!

Great shoe - used for walking and really happy with it

I love this Tokyo sneakers.it is very comfortable. Its support my arch. I have planter fasciitis while wearing this shoes i dont feel pain. This is my third pair of Tokyo sneakers. reason i am giving four stars is this shoes get scrached near the toe within the six month

I purchased these sneakers as my other pair were pretty worn. They are not the same style as these are. When I put these on the inner soles felt extremely cushy. I guess I didn't realize how really worn my old ones are. The more I wore these the more they got broken in. I love the black and white laces! Great sneakers!

I own three pairs of these shoes and they are my first vionic active sneaker! They wear out somewhat quickly, but they have really helped my foot not hurt at the gym!!

Generally I love Vionic shoes but I found the Tokyo ran small and narrow compared to the last pair of Vionics I had. I also have a foot problem that requires a more cushioned sole. I had to return them but I will always consider this brand when buying shoes.

I brought the Tokyo sneaker because it had a mesh upper material which is cooler than the Vionic leather shoes that I wear when walking at the track. The arch support is great; however, even the wide width is more narrow than my other Vionic shoes.

I only ever buy Vionics and thought the Tokyo would be as great. Somehow they land differently when walking. Can't really explain it other than they make a sound when you walk. Also, they are hard to keep clean since the top of the "toe box" is the highest part of the shoe. Every day I have to clean the tip of the shoe from the dirt of the day that has accumulated there. This has never been a problem before on any other shoe or sneaker. I would have returned them, but I didn't realize the 30 days had passed.

This is a very good sneaker. I just wish the traction was better

Shoes fit great! The heel cup helps with my knee issues.

The shoe looks nice. It is a bit narrow mer than I like. My toes feel tight. I'm considering returning them. The arch support is good.
