These fit great and I loved the look. After wearing twice and both times the top of my foot hurting, I looked at the tongue. There is a change in material midway down the tongue and it is sewn with a thick stitch across it-it hurt my foot-no matter how it was laced and I have medium to narrow size 7 feet. Back they go sadly

The shoeis wide enough for my feet, but the toe box is cramped. And thestrage heel design gave me blisters on my ankle bones!

I have worn New Balance 1080s from v7 - v9. All were great, some better than others, but with all my physical problems, these were the shoes I trusted my body to. Not just my feet. Shoes effect the whole body: knees, hips, and spine. This new v10 is horrible. They ruined a great shoe and I hope they listen to their customers and fix it. The biggest issue... the instep is so narrow. I was in pain. And I have a very low instep. I tried thin socks but it didn't help. The tongue is now attached to the elastic gore that goes across the instep. You can't fix it by loosening the laces. I desperately tried everything. I'm going to buy as many v9s as I can get in my size and hope next year they fix this formerly great shoe.

Tight on the middle part of feet. I had high hopes for this shoe! I’m super sad. The sole was nice and high and comfortable but for some odd reason it was so tight. I’m usually an 8.5 but I think even if I got a nine it’ll still be too narrow for my foot. Will be returning sadly. I also don’t like the heel part it has a weird flap why are shoe companies making these flaps on the heel part!!!?!?

have to give a low overall score because they are falling apart after just a few months and under 100 walking miles on them.

Size 9 D was tight over my instep , but fine across the ball of my foot.

I sent this shoe back not stylish I didn’t like the fit. Personally hated the color I could not recommend this shoe. The toe box seemed huge. I will stick with ASICS .. very sloppy looking.

OMG! I had to go for a heel injection after wearing these for only one-month due to the development of PF and heel separation from lack of cushion in the heel? Sad part is I ordered a second pair (optional color) now I'm stuck with two sets of pricey running shoes. I am literally crippled!

I kept trying to break these in because I loved the style but after many miles and months they continue to make my toes numb. Even standing in them for longer than 15 minutes makes my toe box feel like it’s being squeezed and my toes go numb. Also I found them a little shallow to fit my high instep. Loved the 9 but whatever they changed didn’t work for me.

I wasted a lot of money on this shoe by not returning it in time. I have worn the 1080 series for years but the changes they made in this version are beyond my understanding. The shoe is difficult to get on due, in part, to that high back. And for some reason my foot no longer fits the contours of this shoe with changes they made. I kept thinking I could make it work; kept trying until my poor feet complained endlessly and the 30 day period for returns once worn was over. I paid full price (not the sale price it is currently) and have to accept my foolishness. I truly don't understand why New Balance keeps changing this shoe when it had so many satisfied customers with their older versions.

The plastic around the heel HURT my feet every single time I wore the shoes

I already reviewed this shoe but it wasn't published I guess because I said the built-in sock item that abrades the top of the foot is so awful that NB should cancel the model. Even other person reviewing said essentially the same thing but maybe I was too harsh. Sorry to hurt your little feelings, NB, but get a clue.

I ordered these shoes to replace my previous 1080's and had to order a wider size due to the redesign of the shoe. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. I have ended up with a terrible case of plantar fasciitis that is now keeping me from walking and a constant source of measureable pain. DO NOT buy this shoe. Unfortunately, I've spent $150 and now will give them away.

Really hard to get on, very uncomfortable

Honestly, I would have LOVED these shoes if they hadn't messed up the heal on the 1080v9. This 1080v10 was a little better. At least the heal felt better - no awkward spot where you can feel the heal support through the shoe. The problem with the heal is there is no way to tighten (even when tightening the laces) the heal around a narrow heal. Despite loving everything else about them, my heal kept slipping out no matter what. It makes me so sad. I bought SO MANY of these shoes prior to the last 2 versions. I wish they would go back to the old heal. I won't be buying these again until they do.

Agh I really wanted to love these. They are a cute style and much less bulky than I thought. My initial thought was they were a good fit lots of cushion but after wearing them around the house my soles are starting to ache. Maybe they would be good for standing still all day but they are hurting my feet even when I’m sitting on the couch. For the price I will be sending them back

Version 9 was a much more comfortable shoe. Version 10 has sewn a piece of elastic into the base of the Tongue which cause the shoe not to fit like the older version. If have a neuroma or or your feet swell when you walk or run in them they will not fit properly due to the extra piece in the tongue of the shoe... They took a very comfortable shoe in version 9 and made it unwearable in version 10

Bottom wears out way too quickly but love them Comfy. Great style but last about 5 weeks before no rubber on bottom.

I can not review on comfort or overall. They look great in person. There’s no option to say I haven’t even gotten the shoes yet. This time it takes awfully long to get my shoes. Placed my order on 9/16, got them on 9/23. They didn’t fit so I got on the app to exchange them right away. It’s been a week and I still haven’t gotten them. One thing I can say is the shoes fit smaller than usual. So order at least 1/2 size up.

I’ve worn them a few times per week for about 6 weeks and they are horrible when it comes to cushion or lack thereof and very little support. They look nice but if comfort and support is a necessity than look for something else....I’ve had to purchase quality insoles just to get use out of these NB. The pricey for poor quality.

These are the worst running shoes I have ever owned. They have caused my feet to have blisters on the sides where I have never had blisters before. Even new inserts cannot improve their comfort and performance. I will never wear these shoes again. They are horrible.

I could not even get the front of my foot into the sneaker, with it opened as far as it would go. Why, oh why, do manufacturers insist on changing each successive model?!? I returned the sneakers.
