The length was perfect, but the strap on top was too short to allow room for my foo to slide in as needed. Too bad.

Love Chacos so much but these are just so so. The straps don’t tighten and when my feet are wet they slide around and I get major blisters. I wish the design was just a bit different. I wish I would have gotten Birks instead.

Ordered these and the lowdown slide to compare, decided to keep the lowdown. The lowdown offered more support and were more what I was looking for. If you just wanted something without much support for the beach or pool or something, I imagine these would fit the bill.

Unable to adjust straps for a narrow foot

They are super comfortable but the straps on them are NOT adjustable at all even though it looks like they ARE adjustable. I have an average width foot, but they are way too wide and slide off especially if my feet get wet. I am going to take them to a shoe repair shop to see if they can cut and re-stitch the strap. This may not be a good choice if you have a narrow or average width foot.

I ordered my normal size (7) instead of the recommended 6 which I’m glad I did because my feet would be hanging off if I got the 6s. I think the idea of these sandals are good but the execution is bad. example: the straps are not very adjustable so you can’t make the sandals tighter. the buckle at the top rubs against the top of your foot which is quite painful if you’re walking around in them a lot! the good thing about the sandals are the foot beds. that’s actually very comfortable. I think if I were to redesign the sandals I would put an adjustable buckle to the side where it doesn’t touch the foot.

I have narrow feet. I mistakenly thought the strap going across the top of the sandal was adjustable as most Chacos are. Unfortunately the cross straps are fixed. The only adjustment is a minor one for the buckle. I have to return these. Disappointed because I am looking for a slide, without a toe strap that I can use. Oh well.

They are cute and the fit is as expected. The foot bed doesn't seem to have the exaggerated arch that my regular Chacos have. The straps across the foot don't have a lot of give so not great for a wide foot. For a everyday "house" shoe I would prefer my Birkenstocks EVA Arizona sandals. Much more comfortable and lightweight.

Too wide! Huge design flaw…. You think you can adjust the strap but you can’t. Wishing you could tighten to fit your feet.

They hurt at first, but I guess I had to break them in. The strap holder broke off and I honestly don’t even wear them that much for this to be a wear and tear issue.

I was excited to see a comfortable Chaco on sale. But after putting it on it looks like a protective boot shoe I had for foot surgery. Perhaps a colorful one may not have that appearance but the taupe one sure did.

No arch support at all.

The picture makes it look like the sandals are adjustable. They are not!!

Way too loose in the straps. If the straps had been adjustable both ways, this would have been a keeper.

I have a skinny little foot, and I was hopeful that the adjustable strap would allow me to fit the sandal to my foot. However, the it comes very wide, and the adjustment only makes it wider and not tighter on my foot. Back it goes!
