These seemed great at first but the boot came detached from the heel after three months of use. Very disappointed.

I wrote a rave review after receiving and skating on these, but have to do an update. I’ve had these for about 3 weeks, skating for an hour or so daily. About ten days in the heal of both boots are starting to separate from the base! I’m not a super aggressive skater and only weigh 125 lbs. Also note I skate 95% of the time indoors. Ultra cheap boot quality! Don’t waste your $$$!! Do yourself a favor and get a better quality skate!

These make me so happy! I used the size chart from the Impala website and got the perfect size. (The one on Zappos is not correct). Just measure your foot and check the chart. They are super solid and sturdy, and roll great both inside and outside. Some people comment that the heel separates from the boot, I’ve only had mine for a week... But I noticed, my first inclination was to take them off by pushing on the heel. To prevent separation, I make sure to take them off at the calf portion.

The skates are a really nice value for the money. Especially if you can pair it with a discount from Zappos. The stake boot is padded and stiff. The plate was well assembled and the bearings were pressed into the wheels evenly and they had a nice smooth roll out of the box. The only issue we had with these skates was finding the right size, we ordered two pairs and sent them both back for other sizes. While I think the laces will hold up, I’d probably replace them with a semi-waxed lace once they show wear.

I love them!! Very nice quality!! I wear a women's shoe size 7.5 so I ordered a skate size 6 and 7 and ended up keeping the size 7.

The fit is perfect. I recommend a 1/2 size larger than you usually wear because thick socks feel good! I love these too pieces. I'm one with my arms out and that's my granddaughter. You're never too old to enjoy some fun. :)

These fit great! I am usually a size 8 1/2 but skates don’t come in half sizes. The nine was perfect and did not feel to big at all. They pinch in the toes but that’s expected since they are not broken in yet. I have a fairly wide foot and I high instep and I did not experience any issues in regards to these issues and I normally do. Recommend!

I order these skates a few months ago from here & so far, they are AMAZING! I’m an average skater, meaning I’m not a beginner or an advanced skater, and these skates have done me very well! I wouldn’t recommend these skates for aggressive/park skaters but these would be perfect for beginners/trail skaters. Great ankle support, awesome wheels for indoor & outdoor, laces are sturdy and overall a comfortable boot! My only issue I had with these is when I first received them, the laces were different sizes, but they’re nothing to be worried about. Also this shipping was amazingly fast! 10/10! ?

My skates came in really fast! It took only 5 days! My only problem with the skates is that the laces are different sizes. The lace on my right skate is a lot shorter than the one on my left skate & it makes it difficult to tie up.

I wear a woman’s 10. These Run small; seem of boot heels not stitched well.

LOve my roller skates. I’m a 10.5 in shoe size got 11 and it’s perfect. A little narrow but my toes have wiggle room so it’s not so bad. Jus wear a thick sock. I’m loving it!!! Delivery was super fast.

I've been looking for skates for a while, and could never find my size, or a reasonable shipping time. Someone recommended zappos to me, and I'm glad I looked! Not only did I find my size, but the skates were shipped quickly, and I got them in just a few days. I measured my foot, based on the impala size chart, and I fell between a 6 and a 7. So I ordered the 7. They fit perfect, and they're really comfortable.

I am so glad I purchased these!!! They are TRUE to size. Especially if you are wearing skate socks with them! Don’t purchase a size down!!! These are so beautiful!!!!!! I am so happy with them!!!!!

These skates are stunning and eye catching! The quality is great; they are very well made. However, they do run at least a whole size small.

The skate has a nice look but the comfort level is 0!! I originally ordered a size 8 because I read they ran true to size. But the 8 was WAY too small so I ordered a size 9 and the boot was still VERY narrow. There wasn't any padding inside the boot either so wearing them was not comfortable at all. Going to try and different brand with a more comfortable boot. Definitely size up if you are trying these for the first time. The boot is very stiff.

I am a true 6.5, sometimes a 7 in boots. Purchased these in Women's 7 and they are pretty big. I could probably still skate in them, but they are way too loose to be comfortable. In addition they are heavier then what I previously had and very stiff. Also, they have a strange odor. I am returning these and just went to pack them back up and noticed that the odor still is as bad as when I just opened the box and took them out of plastic. I guess I would not recommend them. The wheels are really nice, but that's the only thing I liked about them.

These skates tried to kill me, but it’s not their fault. The skates themselves are great. My old self hasn’t skated in years though, so I’m terrible. The skates are beautiful and dangerous.

Got those to try for my kid. She loves riding. Having fun. They are good for concrete in the park. Materials are cheap. I wish laces were not so stretchy. Overall very good.

All my 80s dreams are coming true! Looooove these roller skates. The starbright colorway is so magical and makes me feel like a kid again. I skate in my neighborhood on the street and the wheels feel solid. I got the same size as my shoe size (7) and they fit well.

The skates feel comfortable the style of the skate is really nice. I had to get a bigger size due to the skates are cut small in size.

I would suggest sizing up if your feet are wide.

I wear between 8.5-9, so I ordered the 9. They are true too size and very comfortable. The skate is made very nicely and rhe colors are amazing. Highly recommend. I left the laces loose in the picture so I could put them on easily. They tighten correctly around the foot and ankles.

Prettier in person, very sturdy and well made. Comfortable fit, no stretching required, like with my Chaya Brand skates. Insole a little too hard, however. I will only use them outdoors probably, as the Wheelss are very grippy and I prefer a harder wheel for wood

Came in perfect timing. Awesome look, and extremely authentic. Literally came shipped in Impala box with warranty and all. My first time buying here, but I could buy more often. Shipped and arrived a day later. Great find and perfect time to buy.

I just received them so I haven’t really skated in them but so far so good!! I really love them. My shoe size changed to like an 8.5 or 9 sometimes so I wasn’t sure but I went with 9 and I can confirm they are true to size and very comfortable! There is a teeny bit of room (which is normal for me when I buy a size 9) that is easily fixed with socks. If you are a half size definitely size up (esp if you have wide feet). They are super cute! I haven’t taken them for a spin yet but I’m sure they’ll be great!
