The size was ok but I have very high arches and they cut off circulation because the top strap was so tight. Likely fine otherwise.

These are very difficult to put on. The heel is very firm and the strap over the ankle has several notches in it to present the strap from slipping out -- but also prevents your foot from getting the shoe on easily and quickly. Very stylish. I wish it would have worked out but I didn't want to a shoe that I had to struggle to put on and take off.

Ordered up a size and shoe felt great once on - however the hole to get your foot in is very narrow. Took too long to put on.

Too small as other reviews have said. Had to return. Make sure to size up!

these shoes are crazy small. These are about 2-1/2 sizes too small. I have a skinny foot and i couldn't even pull the strap over.

These are good looking shoes and quite comfortable while riding. I returned them because they are difficult to get on and off. The strap is larger than the hole it goes. It's a strange design choice that makes it a challenge to open the shoe wide enough to slip my foot in. You can leave them mostly closed and tug the heal strap, but that was no fun.

I got a size larger and still had a very hard time getting them on. Way too tight around the instep and they cut into the ankles. Cute color though.

I couldn't even get my foot into the shoe it was so small. I don't recommend this shoe.

These look cool and I wanted to love them. Not sure how....you are supposed to put your foot in? The velcro strap across the top doesn't come all the way out- the end of it is shaped much wider than the rest of the strap, so it does not come all the way out of the metal ring keeping it in place. Yet, when the velcro strap is in the most open position possible, the hole is not big enough to put your foot in.....? Like, I had to stand up and just jam my foot in, hurting myself in the process-on the top of my foot and my heel. Am I missing something? I was going to use these for spinning at home, not for tri's. If I can't even get them on while sitting on my couch, how are you supposed to transition quickly into them during a triathlon? They did run probably a half size too small, but I don't think a half size more would have made such a difference in the opening that this problem would disappear. Weird.

I couldn't open these shoes up enough to get them on my foot. These are for people who have flat feet, not those of us who actually have an arch.

Runs extremely small. I read the reviews and knew I needed to order a larger size. I usually wear a 9.5 in running shoes, 8.5-9 in regular shoes. I ordered the 42. Here, it says that’s a 9.5, but the box says that’s a 10. In length, it seems ok. I do have high arches, but this shoe is so small that I could barely get them on, and once on, the Velcro would not stay fastened. My advice is to not bother sizing up—just find another shoe.

The length was true to size for Pearl Izumi-everything in PI runs a little small, IMO. I was not able to make this shoe tight enough as I have somewhat narrow feet. Stylish for a cycling shoe and a fun color.

Definitely had to size up. I don’t mind the strap. Although it takes some getting used to, it’s not a dealbreaker and the shoe stays on quite securely.

Very tight - the modified chart was correct - EU 43=US women 9. There’s nothing wrong w these they just weren’t what I was looking for. A very stiff racing style shoe. I wanted something more flexible and able to walk in for short distances.

These shoes run extremely small. I had another pair of pearl izumi’s 1 1/2 sizes smaller and these don’t fit much better. I typically wear between a 5 1/2-6 and these are equivalent to a 7 1/2. The larger strap doesn’t open much which makes it challenging to even get my foot inside.

I should have looked at the reviews more closely before purchasing. I love the look but, as many have said, it is a hard shoe to put on. As you can see in the attached photo, the strap does not completely disconnect. So, you have to squeeze really hard to get your foot into the shoe. I never got mine foot past this strap, and will be returning the shoes for one whose straps are easier to use. If I was sure I wanted to keep them, I would cut the notch off the strap.

I purchased these shoes in addition to two other styles to find the perfect fit. I liked the look of these shoes the best out of the three, but the strap set up was the worst. The top strap has a strange cut out which makes it nearly impossible to open the top of the shoe all the way. This makes the shoe EXTREMELY difficult to get on if you have high arches. The overall fit was fine. They were true to size and width. Ultimately I returned them and went with a different style.

Too small! I have a pair of Shimano shoes, same size and these were much smaller!

I wear a 7.5 usually in Nike athletic shoes, and these ran narrow. I do not have super wide feet, but these ended up being too narrow. I am going to reorder in a half size up.

Way to small. This is my 2nd -3rd pair of the same shoe. I’ve always worn the same size. Way too small

I ordered these a half size up and could barely get my feet into them. I'm going to exchange for larger to see if they work because I do like the style.

The way the strap over the top is, I could barely get my foot in! So tight - unable to adjust

I could barely get my feet in and I'm already a size 4.5-5 and I got the size up! Do not recommend!
