This is a very decent shoe, but for me it didn't have enough padding on the ball for HIIT or high impact/plyo cardio. Has proper stability for quick side to side movements, however, and very lightweight. Someone not focused on extra toe box cushion might love it. The Reebok TR won for my needs.

Zappos recommended I order a full size up in these, and it turned out to be the right choice for me. These are nice shoes. They look good, and they were comfortable on my feet. However, they had very little cushioning under the ball of the foot. Since I mainly need them for indoor step aerobics and occasionally light jogging, these were not the right choice for me. I ended up keeping a pair of Ryka Dedication XT which fit my needs much better.

The style was a little odd in person.

I am a size 5 and have a very difficult time finding any kind of shoe. This is a beautiful shoe. The fit was too perfect. If I were to wear a quarter sock it would be too snug. I am returning it for a 5.5.

Super comfortable. The shoes fit perfectly. I have worn them to the gym and used for lifting weights, unsure how they would perform doing cardio or any other high impact activity.

These shoes are great! They really look high-tech too.

If I had purchased this item alone I would have kept them. It wasn't until trying them on next to a pair of Brooks Glycerin that I decided to stick with the Brooks and not these. At $65 on sale these were an awesome deal and a great look but I suffer with knee pain and the Brooks felt a lot more supportive. After a week of wearing them, the $150 price point for the Brooks was worth the upgrade.

The shoes didn’t work for me they were too tight across the top and press down on my big toe

It felt slightly too small and there wasn’t a lot of cushion or arch support. They were light in weight which was a pro and they are very cute in person. But the fit and overall comfort wasn’t enough to keep them. I tried them out to jump rope and do burpees at home, and I had to take them off shortly after stopping cause I just felt no support and they didn’t feel right.

There was a yellow mark on the right shoe that I didn't put there. So, evidently I wasn't the first person to send them back. Just didn't feel quite right. Felt bulky.

I had to send these back because they weren't 100% what I was looking for...I did love the colors!!
