I love love love my Tirra sandals so was thrilled to find a closed toe version. I just received the Tirra CT. Having the same name, I was expecting the same foot bed just with a closed toe. The foot bed is not the same. The Tirra sandal has a great arch support and is really cushy. The closed toe version has less arch support and is not as cushy. I will have to wear them around the house a bit to decide whether I keep them or not.

Although I thought these were pretty cute, I had to return them. I have a somewhat wide foot and the normal width, which most often works for me, felt quite a bit narrower and the sole didn't support my foot well. The top of the shoe was a bit tight around the front of the foot.

I bought these for easy hiking in the woods and on rocky shores. Almost didn't want to get them dirty because of their style, but they were just so comfortable and as an older person the traction gave me great confidence in my footing.

I like the idea of these shoe - sandals with closed toe box to protect against stubbed toes. Better looking and more functional than original Keens, which had the same idea. BUT, Teva doesn't offer Narrow widths, so for my skinny feet these were "sloppy." Very disappointed to have to send them back.

I bought these in black hoping for a slightly more stylish Tirra. With black pants, they just look like a casual and cute Mary Jane, and I think I could get away with teaching in them in the summer! That said, they don’t quite have the same comfort as the original Tirra. The front straps across the toes aren’t adjustable, so it doesn’t hug your foot quite the same. I wouldn’t suggest hiking in these. Still, for a comfy around the town sandal, they’re great! I have the old version of the Tirra in 6.5 (and it seems that a lot of people say that’s a 7 in the new Tirra now). These fit perfectly in a 7.

Very happy with these shoes. I wanted a comfortable walking sandal, with a covered toe. When I don't have time for a pedicure, I want a covered toe:) These shoes are very comfortable, cute, & can be worn with just about any outfit.

I very much enjoy this sandal! I love that I can walk around a little more freely knowing that my toes are being protected and still get all the same function out of what I consider to be a water shoe. I will say that the material of the toe covering does add heat (at least for me) and makes my feet sweat a bit when not in motion. Other than that, I love this sandals!

First the good: some arch support and cushioning under the heel and ball of my foot, flexible sole, and felt like they'd be good for trips to the zoo, around town, running errands, etc. Now the bad: The way the strap connects on the instep rubbed. Badly. It could just be the shape of my foot (high arch & slightly wide) that made them cut into my arch so badly. Teva Verras are my favorite sandals (own 3 pairs) and was hoping for a closed-toe version. The strap design at the heel is just different enough that they didn't work for me. Sad to return, but grateful for Zappos return policy!

Had high hopes for these - super cute, but no arch support. I thought Teva was known for it's arch support???

Cute, but the toe cap was not adjustible, so they felt too wide for my narrow feet. Returned.

Haven't used yet.
They are at he shoe repair shop for an alteration.
Too much room at front of foot.
I thought they would have an adjustable strap at that area as most of my Teva shoes do.
I like to design and color.

The shoe is the correct size lengthwise.
I do have narrow foot and was assuming that the lower foot area would be adjustable.
I have several Teva sandal type shoes and they have adjustable velco straps at the lower foot.
Since the picture of the shoe showed narrow straps over the fabric I assumed they would be adjustable.
I really like the shoe and the color. I have taken them to a shoe repair shop to make the adjustments needed. I will make them work some how.

Sandal and closed shoe mixed together. Great when you want the summer sandal feel but your toes covered.

This is my first experience with Teva. I was looking for a sturdy, comfortable sandal with a closed toe that was a bit more stylish than Keen. These sandals are perfect! I have flat, wide feet and I typically wear anywhere from a 6.5 - 7.5, depending on the brand. The 7.5 fit perfectly, and the mesh accommodates my wide feet really well. These sandals are a great combination of light and sturdy. I was told that Tevas are heavy, but these aren't heavy at all. I haven't been on a long walk in these yet, but so far, so good. I am very pleasantly surprised.

Teva is the only shoe that fits my narrow 8 1/2 size. A 9 is too long and an 8 is too short

Arrived promptly and look and feel great. I have gotten several "cute shoes" comments already. One note on sizing...I wear size 8 in all my other shoes but size 7 was perfect in this one. I have another Teva shoe from several years ago in 7 and a half. So it seems like sizing down is best.

My first pair I've had for 12 years and they are still in good shape. Bought this pair as they are similar to my older pair that I love and had been looking for. Waterproof, comfortable and cute.

I injured a toe and needed a sandal that would be easy to walk in and provide protection. I put these on and wore them right away on a hike/beach walk. Totally comfortable. Really fill the bill.
