They are always helpful. The sole of the sandal was harder than usual.

I've order this product twice in size 7.5 but I keep getting a smaller size. The box says 7 but the slippers says 6. I purchased the slippers when I was in the states, I live in Jamaica so it is expensive to ship it back. Order numbers are: AD915126464 and AD916173299

They are so wide I cannot walk without them slipping off my feet.

I have fallen/slipped every time I have worn them when it rains or stepped on anything wet. Curbs, paint and coming into stores. I actually broke my toe.

these slides are very slippery and have no grip to them. ended up falling while wearing them outside, not great
