This is definitely not a 4E wide boot. Just barely passes as a 2E wide. Very disappointed. I was in the army and wellco supplied our boots and their 10.5 EW was a true 4E width. My foot is 4.5 inches across at widest point. Guess I’ll never find anything made to fit my feet

True to size. Fits well. Not the most comfortable of all boots, but not uncomfortable either. Easy in and out with the zip side. I wear these almost daily. Good boot for the money.

This was a purchase for my boyfriend. He researched many hiking boots before deciding on these. He wanted something with a zipper or velcro so these fit that criteria. They are waterproof, although we have yet to hike near any water. One thing that he really likes about them are that they are lightweight. The soles are sturdy and the boots are still supportive, even though they are light.

Ordered 4e and the moment I put them on, my feet felt squeezed. Too narrow.

the fit is good I have big feet 16D but i also have a high arch so this boot along with others don't support my arch so I use inserts. this is a comfortable boot not to heavy i like the side zipper once the laces are set the zipper is the way to go. the composite toe is wide so my toes don't rub or hit it nice boot

After ordering 3 different sizes, I finally got one that works! I walk around for 5 per shift; taking up to 2 shifts a day at a warehouse. I am normally a size 10. The first pair I ordered were fine in length, but felt narrow. Returned them in exchange for a 4E wide and they still felt too narrow. Finally, I order a half size up and 4E wide. With thick socks on, they feel snug, but once I get moving its not noticeable. I tuck my skinny jeans into the boot and unzip the sides for better mobility. Kind reminds me of ninety rock band fashion.

Loved the boots, unfortunately they were too narrow. They were not "4E" or even "3E."

So I read all the reviews carefully and kept reading that they run narrow. They didn't have wide so I went for extra wide and it fits great. Being on your feet for 10+ hrs naturally the feet are going to swell so buying it 1/2 - 1 size bigger always recommendable. Might need to buy extra insoles and orthotics. The insoles it comes is thin. Very surprised how light these boots are.

The shoe looks amazing, it’s still new so still breaking them in but overall not a bad shoe. I like them a lot.

These are men’s boots and I am a women and a medium width fit me perfect So for a man they would be very narrow

You definitely need to break the shoe in. It’s all in a man’s size. It wasn’t posted on Zappos website..fast shipping.

I ordered these in a Double wide and toe base was really tight. So I ordered a 4E and could not tell any difference in width. Good looking boot, but had to return as just too narrow. Zappos service is great!

Best boot on the planet!! Been wearing the same boot for 3 years bought a 2nd pair and wear it occasionally about to buy another pair to keep brand new. These pics are of the boots that are three years old and worn every day at Amazon warehouse on FT and RT shift. I have a high arch and a past fractured heel bone. These are love to my feet and back no annoying rubbing and waterproof.

Great boot. Wore at 20degrees weather. Comfortable.

The fit of the boots were perfect. Good arch support and the first time wearing them, I took them on a long hike and they broke in perfectly. No rough spots that chafe skin, no sounds (squeaks) during the break in period. Just all around good boots.

This brand is awesome light weight and quality is off the charts if you are looking for boots to last this I recommend

The most comfortable boot I have worn as a civilian. I've been wearing the same pair for about 7 years, I just change the insoles regularly

I would have liked for the size (space) above the toes to have been a tad bit taller. I wear a U.S. size 14-(EEEE) and I'm very happy with the width. The ankle fit at the top was my biggest issue. The right boot at the top has a padded edge that is very stiff. Very painful after 10hrs. My ankle was almost bleeding where it rubbed through my sock. I decided to use a pair of EMS scissors and precisely and carefully removed the padded edge from the boot without cutting into the stitched seam. I removed about five inches (127mm) on the top right side. That fixed the issue. I have now worn the boots four days, 10hrs each day and my ankle is doing fine so far. This padded edge is compacted very tightly. In fact so, once removed, it expanded to just over an inch in size. That's my only serious complaint. --I have always worn (Corcoran 10") boots half my life. My Work-Place management forced me to change boots. Glad I picked this one. Yes, I'd order these again!

Warm, comfortable, easy off and on. Great boot.

These fit well and have good traction. I used them to plow the foot of snow we had this weekend without slipping while keeping warm feet. Would purchase again.
