I absolutely love this piece and it's my staple for most things. It's perfect to wear when it's not cool enough for a full hoody, such as a brisk early fall morning, and light enough to take everywhere. It layers nicely to under a larger hoodie, under a shell jacket, or even using the Atom Vest over it which I've done often. Perfect!

I was so impressed by quality and versatility so I ended up purchasing quite a few these.

I don't collect fleeces, but I have worn several over the years and the Kyanite is hands-down the most comfortable one I have worn. The fit is how they describe it online, and it is surprisingly warm given its weight. I wear it around the house all of the time, and on days when it isn't too cold outside (say in the upper 50s) it is definitely warm enough as a stand-alone outer layer. And for colder days, given how lightweight it is, it can easily serve as a mid layer underneath a heavier jacket without feeling bulky (e.g. under an Atom LT).

Purchased last fall, and then bought a second one in a different color. Incredibly versatile, and warm enough for cooling autumn weather, without being too warm. A great base layer as well. Fabric is durable, stretches well, moves easily. Used for hiking, skiing (as a layer), and general outside use because it's so versatile! My favorite, go to zip up fleece.

Those with experience will tell you that layering is the best way to stay warm but also just the best for regulating temperature based off your activity. This is something clearly Arc'teryx knows and understands with precision. One of the major reasons I love shopping this site is how they tell you what number the item corresponds to in the layering system so you can build your ideal comfort, style, and function. This particular jacket is not only warm but the lack of hood is best since my shell/parka layers have a hood. Something to think about. I am 6'1 / 175 pounds and the medium is a perfect fit although remember for the layering system the top or top 2 layers you may need a large.

I bought this a year ago from the Arc'teryx Chinook Mall store.
It's been a great jacket for spring and fall and cool summer nights.
It's a great and classy mid layer for work and when I do walks around the pond it wicks away sweat to the next layer.
It washes really well, has never pilled, doesn't retain oder, and holds its shape wash after wash.

My favourite Arcteryx jacket. Light, flexible and warm. it's like wearing nothing and still warm. Doesn't restrict movement at all. Like it much more then Delta LT

Light and comfy. Soft material and is nice to wear against the skin, also is good to wear over a tee shirt for an additional layer. Softer than the delta jacket. Like the pockets. Where the description says trim fit, I usually go for xl as there is a little more room and a little longer, as I'm not a trim fit. I could have gone with an L but top is ideal for what I want it for.

I have been looking for a light weight fleece for travel and cool nights in the summer and this is the perfect thickness just enough warm to keep the cool night air out and won't make you sweet.

I bought the jacket a few weeks ago and I really love it. It's super light and pretty warm for how thin it is. Very comfortable, looks good and feels good

One of the best hiking mid/outer layers made. The most stretch and freedom of movement of any piece I own (next to the Adahy which is sadly gone) The zipper stays put but still manageable with one hand, pockets vent heat when opened and are accessible over a hipbelt. This thing breathes wonderfully and does actually break some wind chill even though it is very thin. I have beaten it to death while hiking as an outer with temps above 35F and as a mid when they drop below with no visible wear to the shoulders from my pack straps! practically disappears when stuffed into a pack and the anti-odor pits get my full stamp of approval...Amazing touch. The inner micro-fleece is super soft and dries quickly after super high output scrambles. This is an awesome combination piece for backpacking under a Nodin for dry shoulder season trips!
*Important note: In my opinion the team has made an error stating this is an Arc Trim Fit Jacket. The Adahy was a Trim Fit while this jacket is the epitome of the Arc Regular Fit and if you are expecting this to be fitted plan to size down.
If you were an Adahy fan you will love this fleece too provided you are prepared for a slightly different fit as detailed above. The stitching has also been updated from the traditional flatlock stitch (I loved this) to a double needle cover stitch. What does that mean in the real world, well cleaner lines when wearing casually and thus far just as durable so no stars removed for this change. Another A+ piece in the closet

This is a great jacket that serves its purpose. I use it for casual wear in office or around town, and as a mid layer for hikes. It's a gorgeous jacket that fits amazingly well. I use a medium and am 5'9, 160 lbs.

This jacket is super comfortable. I personally love the fit. I'm 6' tall and about 180 pounds. I bought the Large and it works really well for me. I wear it around the office and I like that it has a little room underneath so I can comfortably have a shirt underneath. It's not baggy in any sense, it just look nice and clean. Love the stretchy material. The jacket adds just a bit of warmth, which is perfect for what I need. I also have the regular Kyanite jacket.. and hoodie. The LT version is lighter, which is great. For cooler weather I still use the regular Kyanite. I thought the regular Kyanite jacket was as comfortable as it gets, but I think the LT is even better. I plan to also use the LT when I ski in warmer weather when a fleece is a bit too warm. Overall, I'm super happy with this jacket.

Great quality, soft and starchy material light almost like think base layer. Only complaint I have it's not a trim fit. Got XL today but it baggy just ordered Large. I think normally the way it's cut is true to size but because of the material runs big I would recommend size smaller from you true size to get a trim fit feeling. I would give 2 starts to size thought.

Nice jacket. Have loads or arcteryx and ordered this in an xl alo g with the cormac light top in an xl . Have other fleeces in xl and good fit for me but this way too big so returned it for refund and bought another Cormac top. Others say size is big on this so order a smaller size if unsure , I'm 6 3 105 kg and xl is too big

I read the reviews before buying. Few people saying get a size smaller as it's quite a loose fit.
I'm size L in Arc'teryx so ordered a M. Sending it back as it's too small and ordering a L.
