Just got them today and did a 30 minute crossfit/HIIT plus a 1.5 mile run. These shoes are super light and stable. My feet felt secure through the endless burpees and jump squats. The are comfortable for running. I personally wish there was a little more cushion, more like the Hovr Infinite 2. If you are looking for more cushion and a heavier shoe you are better off with the Hovr Infinite 2. However, these are the first shoe I have found that can accommodate running and crossfit/HIIT. I normally wear an 8.5 but when I tries out the Hovr Infinite 2 toes felt really squished. So when I order the Hovr Sonic 3 I went a half size up and they were perfect!!!

I really wanted to love this shoe (it is SO lightweight and springy), but after a 40 foot stroll to admire them in the mirror, I realized the arch support was all wrong for me. Despite the shoe being the right length, the peak of the arch hit about an inch or so too far back (practically under my ankle). It caused an immediate compression and, while not distinctly painful, I knew I would not be able to work out well in them. Back to Zappo’s they go. I do appreciate the ease of returns!

I had to buy another 1/2 size bigger to get the comfort I needed on my left foot. I feel very supported and bouncy in theses gorgeous shoes.

I usually wear running shoes 1 full size bigger than my normal shoes, and these were the same. Very very comfortable to run in! Supportive and lightweight.

They are really cute and super comfortable. The fit true to size. I bought the same size as my Nike shoes.

I loved the minimalist look. They are just too narrow even when I go up a half size. Super cushioned sole.

I liked these shoes, and I knew that I would need to order 1/2 size larger, as I had previously purchased Under Armour shoes, and they seem to run small. The issue I have with them is that they are thin and stiff around and under my ankle bones, and it makes them very uncomfortable to wear. The are going back. Thanks Zappos ,for making it easy to return.

They are super confortable. I was so eager to use them. I chose to buy them half a size larger do they would be perfect for running.... sadly they are too small! I ordered size 9 and the label says six’s 9 and the insole reads size 7 with weight. Not sure what that means but I’m sure they are one size too small. I measured them against my other size 9 running tennis shoes and these are definitely smaller. Can’t wait x change them because I leave outside the US. Wish they would reimburse since the size is just not right.

Definitely size up at least half size.
