While these fit great and looked good on they are not worth the price. In addition to the color not being as rich as shown online the soles cracked within two weeks! I’ve never had something like this happen to a shoe. I’ve always been able to wear my shoes for years without a problem. I don’t know if I received a damaged pair but I am greatly disappointed! I’ll be contacting Zappos for a refund which I’ve never done after wearing a shoe.

Like the Dankso of the good old days! No cheap fuzzy insole to get gross, and no toe that only Barbie could get her foot into--these seem more comfortable that the Sam model that replaced my decade plus older pair of Dansko mary janes. I like how the heel cutout looks cool but also makes the shoe lighter--a great compromise for those who maybe thought old-school clogs were heavy. These are much better than the slight, plastic, wobbly heels that Dansko has occasionally trotted out. These are stylish and comfortable and appear well made, a great return to form for my favorite shoe company.

This is a super cute shoe, and it's got all the comfort that I associate with the Dansko brand. BUT I got these shoes in March and w/ the pandemic they haven't exactly gotten tons of wear and one of them fell apart: the staples detached from the leather in front and the heel and sole cracked all the way through. If I'd bought Dansko knock-offs at a cheap store, I'd figure that I'd gotten what I deserved, but at full retail price, I feel well and truly stung.

Disappointed with poor quality! What happened? I purchased Dansko shoes for the reputation they have for quality and comfort. I bought these in April if 2020 and wear them to work. I’m a teacher. They have cracks and splits in them. I never expected this to happen with a reputable shoe company.

I was on the fence about ordering these because I wasn’t sure they would be worth the money. But after 12+ hours of wear on the first day and absolutely ZERO discomfort... I can confidently say these are my new everyday work shoes. They are so so comfy and super cute, which is a rare combo. I’m a 35 in birkenstocks so I got a 36 in these and they fit like a glove. If you’re on the fence, just go for it. You won’t regret it.

I own a number of Dansko shoes : open back clogs, closed-back, sandals, heels, etc., and in general, I'm a big fan. With these shoes, though, it's a split decision. Things that delighted me about these shoes: the adorable style, the blue-grey color (a bit more washed out and denim-y than the pics), the comfort factor, the heel height, and the all leather footbed (yay! no more stinky fake suede footbed!). The thing that most disappointed me about these Dansko shoes was their quality control. I had to return two pairs of these Taci shoes, one pair due to faulty stapling construction and one pair due to serious leather imperfections (that pair should have been sold as seconds). Also, for one pair of shoes, the left shoe was much wider than with any of the other pairs I tried on. The pair I finally kept (due mostly to exasperation) also had some minor leather color issues—perhaps getting the blueish color is complicated? Sooo, if you're purchasing these in blue, I wish you the best of luck.

After 5 months of wearing this shoe the heel cracked in several different places. I was surprise to see this happen to a Dansko shoe. These were my favorite shoes of the summer! So disappointing. I don’t know if it is a defect in the design or just a fluke. I would love a replacement pair to see for myself.

I LOVE this shoe. Comfy and cute, what else do you need. Well, I'd expected them to last awhile, for starters. Just realized yesterday that the sole had cracked on the left shoe after wearing them less than a year. Was willing to chalk it up to carelessness on my part, although I could not remember doing anything that would damage them. So I looked them up to buy another pair, and I saw the other reviews here. It's a clear defect with this shoe. BUYER BEWARE.

I love Dansko heals, they’re very comfortable. The color is lighter than I expected but still very pretty.

I loved the look of the shoe so I bought it mid shelter in place, that being said I’ve only worn them a small handful of time within the past two months. This pst weekend I was wearing the clogs and one of the heels broke in three different places while they were mildly comfortable I feel like they were ultimately a waste of money and I’m truly disappointed in my purchase.

I have about a dozen pairs of Danskos and this is the most disappointing shoe I've ever had from them. Bought a brown pair and a black pair and BOTH of them had the heels crack and cave in. Zappos replaced the brown pair but when the black pair fell apart I just gave up. Super cute and comfortable but very poorly made. Skip this shoe and pick something more reliable!

TTS I have an extremely high instep and was concerned about the upper strap! Lucky for me they work!! Color is fabulous and comfort is right on par for Dansko!! Love you can dress up or down. I’ll likely buy in all 3 colors!

It's about the color. I had hoped these would be something I could wear with denim or navy, but it's an odd color of blue so I will have to return them.

Great looking shoes, got a lot of compliments, but I think construction of some is bad, broke at heal on two pairs.

The window heel on this shoe was so cute! But broke after four months ?? choose a different pair.

Do not buy! The last pair of shoes I spent this much on have lasted more than 3 years with heavy use, and they’re still in decent shape. These I’ve had these for less than a year—during COVID, so I don’t leave the house more than twice a week and I don’t wear these every time—and the heels on both shoes are cracking in multiple places: the back, the bottom, directly under the foot. The open space under the foot was a big selling point to me with a little bit of illusion of a high heel but with stability more like a wedge, but it’s pointless if the shoes only last 6 months! I really thought Dansko was better quality than this. Their engineering did not keep up with their aesthetic, and I don’t know if I’ll ever buy a pair of Dansko shoes again. I’m incredibly upset.

These shoes are very cute and comfortable, however the heel cracks. I bought and returned got another and it happened again.

I have had these shoes for LESS THAN 3 MONTHS, and today I find that there are large cracks at 3 different points in both heels. I have not subjected them to "hard" wear, or anything of the sort. They will soon be unusable. I really can't believe that a pair of shoes this expensive is so poorly made. I'm completely disappointed, and this isn't what I expect from a pair of Danskos.

I have worn Danksos for 15 plus years. I am always a 38 and these were too big. Also, the quality wasn't there. I have a similar style from 5 years ago. These felt more like plastic and weren't what I expected. If you don't know any different, they may be fine for you.

This shoe is cute, but I had to return it. The strap across the top is not designed for people with a wide foot or one with a high instep. I wish Dansko was making more cute shoes like this that fit wider feet.

I am so disappointed in Dansko. The quality of these shoes is terrible. They are adorable and comfortable. The first wear was a little blistery but we powered through. I wore these shoes 1-2 per week for 2 months and the left heel cracked in several places. I’m glad I noticed because this could have cause serious injury. Very grateful for Zappos return policy.

This shoe broke on me today, so disappointed, I always got compliments when I wore them.

Warning, this is not a good review! After wearing these shoes several times, they cracked in several places in the heel and platform. They are no longer wearable! I am very dissatisfied with Dansko!

I love these shoes, so comfortable and stylish! I normally wear size 39 but they were too big, so I reordered the size 38.

YESSSSS! This shoe is AMAZING! Stylish, on trend and most of all comfortable! If you loved the Thea from years ago, you'll love this shoe even more. Soft leather upper and cushioned insole. Easy to walk in even though it may look challenging. True to size. This will be my go to shoe for Spring and Summer. Nice job Dansko!
