Super cute and stylish boots. True to size and look exactly as pictured. The only flaw was that I found the insole that came with the shoes very uncomfortable. The arch support was quite hard. I replaced the insole with a new one and now they are perfect in every way. Looking forward to wearing these for a long time!

I love the look of these boots. They were very comfortable to me and are high quality leather. Unfortunately I was looking for a boot to wear with ankle length work pants and these hit at an awkward height and just didn't look good. They look great with jeans though. I generally wear a size 6.5 and that size fit me well.

This is an incredibly well made shoe. The leather is great quality, the upper sock portion adds a subtle style flair that is versatile and doable for those of us not quite fashionistas. Keeps it from being a boring black boot. Love the tan pull tab. It does break in and stretch like all good leather so I’d recommend a half size down or so. I do think the insole could be a bit more padded for all day comfort but a thin insert would fit. Not sure the price point needs to be quite so high, it’s just a black leather bootie.

The color is not olive . . . unless you eat really yucky colored olives. The green is more of a drab brown/gray green. The green of a Christmas tree before you put it out to the curb green. Once I got past the disappointment of the color I tried them on and they are amazingly comfortable. I'm on my feet all day--they will work great. I have a wider foot with bunions and a hammer toe and I was able to get these booties on and off with ease. The footbed is super comfy. I am thinking about buying the pair in the lighter color and dying them a bright olive green.

I was on the fence with this boot, but ultimately I chose to return them. The color was not quite olive, a little too green and the structured sock upper just felt weird and bulky. It seemed like a well made boot and the foot was comfortable and true to size.

It seems like the bootie style this year is a chunky sole, but that's not my thing, so I was happy to see these when looking for a black Chelsea boot. It's a classic style, but the knit insert and brown tab are a unique twist. They go higher on the ankle than I wanted, so I ended up buying a Chelsea boot from Born instead, thank you Zappos for the variety of options you always have!

I love the boot but just too small. I have them in grey and wore them all last year. Fits true to size.

I ordered a 10 but ended up with a 9.5 and they still feel big. The heel is narrow and my heel slips up as I walk. I am going to try a half-size smaller in the grey. THen I'll know for sure. I wear a size 10 running shoe and sandal. I am surprised how large these are.

Not comfortable

These are great ankle boots. At little stiff so far but well-made, attractive, good support, nice ankle built-in fabric at the sides, good soles. It's hard to find this package of features esp at this price point. Very happy with this purchase.

Super comfortable! Arch support and cushioning. Feel like slippers. I have walked miles at a time in them and been totally fine, and I have sensitive feet and usually just wear sneakers

I have this style in two other colors and I was comfortable in a size 6. I am usually a 6 to a 6 1/2 in shoes and a 7 in running shoes. This color ran smaller. I tried two pairs from different stores to be sure before ordering a size 6 1/2. The larger size is almost a little too roomy but I am just going to wear thicker socks. It’s almost like it ran a 1/4 size small which is why the 6 1/2 is a little big. Love the overall style and good neutral brown.

Very stylish and pretty comfortable, but don't accommodate a slightly wide bunion.

Soooo happy with this purchase. I feel stylish and have comfort to boot. I have to have arch support and cushion and these fit the bill! I have problems with cramping feet at night and have found that comfortable shoes are a must. Going to shop for this brand more often.
