Love these running shoes! I have been buying Mizuno since my first pair of Wave Rider 3. They are light weight with great cushioning and support your feet naturally. I have run two marathons and countless half marathons with no issues at all.

Wide toe box, good cushioning, good for a neutral gait.

Great for working out but also for those who work standing up for long hours.

Love my shoes. Just wish y'all made a work boot!! With the same comfort as this running shoe!

I have been a runner for 44 years and have obviously owned many shoes during this time. I have found Mizuno Wave Riders to be the most comfortable and supportive of all the brands/models I have tried. I love these shoes.

I use to run using Mizino wave rider and will always continue to purchase Now that I just walk. Wave Riders are my go to for everything shoe.

I am very satisfied with my Wave Rider 23's. They are comfortable and true to size. They also fit great, especially for people with narrow heels. Dark grey color looks sharp.

After picking up tendon issues from shoes that were lacking in the cushioning department, the wave riders were amazing right out of the box. The daily foot pain has subsided almost immediately after running with mizuno!

These shoes fit perfect, feel perfect, and perform perfect! They look great too!

had wave rider 22, now bought new generation. they're pretty multipurpose and work well during both speed training and long runs. they're not the smoothest ones among mizuno trainers, so if you're running only in slow pace, you should search for something more shock absorbing. but if you want just one pair which will cover all your running needs including intervals etc, these shoes will be nice choice.

I stopped wearing the Mizuno Wave Rider 2 years ago when I switched to HOKAs for the extra comfort and that was a mistake. It was also when I started to get knee pain. 2-years later I went back to the wave rider and am glad I did! Knee pain went away (the HOKA rocker system was too much for my natural walking and running gait) and it was less laboring to run and walk in them. I highly recommend the wave runner 23 for both walking and running. I have the cool orange pair for workouts and the blue pair for walking around town. I like them so much that when my Babalot tennis shoes wear out I will try the Mizuno tennis shoes to keep things consistent.

I am a rather burly guy with wide feet. I jog about 2 to 3 times a week. I have used this pair for about a month now. The shoe provides excellent cushion and support. I am happy with the purchase and would most likely purchase this or similar model available at the time in future.

Use it for my daily workout routine. I replaced my old pair of mizunos from 6 years ago - and glad I did.

Awesome and comfortable

Great cushioning and comfortable fit. This is my 4th pair of Wave Riders and as always great cushioning and comfortable fit. Toe box feels a bit smaller that my previous pair.

The shoes were great unfortunately the new Peachtree's were released so I returned these to get the newly released shoe. Otherwise I would have kept if not for new shoe. FANTASTIC SHOE!

I use this shoe primarily for walking. I have been using this shoe series for many years and it works very well for me.

Very comfortable. Will likely be my go to daily walkers/joggers.

This is a great running shoe. I've been wearing it for nearly a decade now and with every new edition, they seem to find a way to have an even better ride.
