I so badly wanted to keep these shoes. They are so cute on and the material fits your foot like a glove. Unfortunately the heel slips and the toe box is very narrow. So if you have a very narrow toe and a wider heel this will fit. But the heel material is rather low in the back so they do slip. Otherwise a well made and very attractive shoe. So sad I can’t keep them.

Shoes looked very elegant out of the box, and I liked the smooth, minimalist weave, however, the toe area felt cramped and the lack of structure made my bunions stand out in weird ways - like pointed socks with bumps at the sides. Not flattering at all. I wear 9W to 9.5W, depending on style, and in Danskos size 40 is roomy. In bernie mev, size 40 seems a little cramped. Also, the sole of the shoe is narrow, so I felt like the sides of my feet were falling off the shoe. I also ordered bernie mev. Carmela and although both shoes have same almond shaped toe and v-shaped vamp, the Carmela has more structure on inside of toe area so feet don't feel like they are falling to either side of narrow sole.

Odd fit! The heels slip and slide but the toes are very narrow and very tight. I have a narrow foot and wear 5 or 5.5 in EVERYthing! I have never had tight toe and wide heel in the same shoe. The shoe looks great - but just will not work....back it goes to Zappos. :-(
