It's alright, does the job, nothing special

The arches in these feel pretty off - like they're on the outer edges of the feet instead of towards the inside. They're very comfortable for going out to dinner, but not if there's much of a walk to the restaurant.

I really wanted to like these shoes. I have been a long time fan of the ZeroGrand and OriginalGrand lines having bought and worn at least a dozen variations of the years however it seems like fit has changed (maybe since Nike sold the brand to another company) and the result is that these no longer have the same fit that made them so perfect for me. I wear a size 11 or 11.5 in most casual or dress shoes and I have a narrow foot with a high arch (a size 12 in Nike, Asics and Brooks running shoes and a 46 in Sidi and Specialized cycling shoes). This style used to fit me perfectly; no more. These run somewhat wide in my opinion. They also run, what feels like to me, a full size too long; they feel much wider and longer compared to the other ZeroGrands I bought in the same order (which also seem to fit wide but nowhere near as long as these). I'll also say that the sole/mid-sole seems different now too; it looks the same but feels different and that's too bad since the comfort that the previous version of these shoes provided was the number one reason to buy them. I also feel as though the upper material isn't of the same quality that they used to have; it feels cheaper and of a lower quality. All that said, if you have a wide foot and you're able to get the length figured out, these could be a good choice for you; they just aren't for me anymore and that's a disappointment. I get it, things change but not always for the better.

The boot is comfortable and fits well. The reason for the 3-stars is the color of the leather and the sole. To me either one needed to be lighter. Lighter upper with same sole or same upper with lighter sole.

They scuff easy in the front. But I love the comfort and fit of boot.

These are nice looking boots that can go with formal or casual clothing. Quality leather but these boots feels very uncomfortable on the feet. They're not an all day boots. I wear size 7.5 and I got the size 8 and it still feels very uncomfortable and hurts my feet. I should have returned it but because I loved the boots I didn't and not I can't wear them and it's too late to return. Maybe when ordering get the wide size if available.

The color of the bottom soleIs actually gray not an off white like depicted in the pictures. And the bourbon brown is a really dark brown not even the brown shown in the pics. Really disappointed

Darker than pictured, as others have stated. The upper feels cheap and scratched very easily. They run long and narrow. I ordered a wide, and still felt a little pressure on the sides with space to spare in the front. I did go a half size down, that might have something to do with it but I ordered wide. The insole is very thin, so not much cushion in these bags boots. The outsole is the main attraction here and with that, I am happy. Light with good grip and traction.

They look great, but are about a half size to big based on other Cole Haan shoes I have. I had to get an insert so my foot wouldn't slip out

Beyond large. Cole Haan used to have relatively standard shoe sizing, though the last few ones, including this model are way off. In this particular case, way wide, and way long. After 2 attempts to get it right, calling it quits.

Lightweight, comfortable, but not really waterproof.

The toes of the boots became scuffed the first time I wore them. Leather is not of the quality as I had imagined for Cole Haan. Comfortable though and otherwise great overall. However the leather wearing makes it a much more casual boot

Not as comfortable as any of my other Cole Haan and harder to style. Making me rethink Cole Haan especially since I can't return them.

I have the black version of these boots. They fit well, they are attractive, and they are generally holding up well. That's where the warning comes in. There is a design flaw in the sole. Specifically, a plastic band runs above the sole, so as you walk, it rubs and squeaks. Like, a LOUD squeak. Everyone just stares at me when I walk. Essentially, these are a very expensive pair of boots that can't be worn, because of a design flaw. Honestly, I wish Cole Haan would just give me my money back, but it's past warranty. I would not recommend these boots to anyone.

Shoes feel great, but immediately upon first wear scuffed below the grain. I barely wore them and they had almost immediate scuff streaks in them. And the outer "leather" layer is so thin that this showed the white underneath when scuffed. I dont even think shining them daily will work.

Chelsea Boot have a nice look, however they didn't fit well on feet. Typically medium my size shoes fit quite well.

Chintzy looking in person. The "leather" looks and feels like plastic. The loops on the back of the boot are useless because you can't even fit a pinky finger through it. You get what you pay for with these, they're cheap and that's exactly how they look and feel.

They look fine, but the quality is not on the same level than some other Cole Haan shoes I have bought. The leather feels cheap. I ended up returning them and got the black Grand Chelsea Boot instead. It's on a hole other level of quality for a little bit more money.

Ok not great. Looks good, but the feel is of a less expensive boot

I like the shoes though the bourbon leather I ordered above are as dark as the Chestnut leather. The pictures on your website do not do the bourbon leather justice. I thought you shipped the wrong shoe and even looked up the item #. I liked them anyway but would of rather had the lighter color as shown in the picture above. Size, comfort, and shipping was all good.
