These are fairly light. They would be my second choice. All three styles were grey in color. The Divide style in grey is pretty neutral. Perhaps it is/appears less feminine as to style though that is subjective.
I ordered the Launch 7 and the Ghost 12 styles at the same time. The ghost 12 style was the one I preferred, they are however $29 more. I did not look at prices when I tried on all three. The ghost 12 has more padding, the tongue is thicker, the laces are better quality and are overall more cushioned. I appreciate people that take the time to review items so this is my turn to due so. I did not note any of them to be too wide, not wide enough etc.. I may have ordered a wide though they were sold out.

Doesn't work for slender women's feet. I was able to pop my foot out with the shoe tied normally. If I really tight laced it into being snug the eyelets touched. The tongue is too short to use the back lace lock holes without the lace sitting behind the tongue.
I'm so frustrated. All the soles feel fine, and none of the uppers feel like "Brooks". Mushy, rolly, bunchy, .25 size too big? I can't even explain it. They're either trying to save money on materials, or hired some new design team with meaty feet.
I don't know what changed in their design department, but it's noticeably cheaper feeling than what they were selling 5-7 years ago. I would pay any amount of money for a pair of old style Cascadias or Ravennas.

I bought these shoes in hopes that having a really great pair of walking or hiking shoes would help with the knee and hip pain that I was having from going on frequent walks and hikes. They've been incredibly helpful. The perfect amount of support for my feet and ankles, which in turn help support my knees and hips.

I seriously love this new shoe. I used to run on Cascadias, then Calderas, but this shoe is just right for me. Stable for my ankles on rocky trails, cushy, neutral position, better traction than the Calderas. I imagine it will become my new shoe of choice.

So far so good! I like the comfort and flexibility of the shoe. It seems relatively rugged and still lightweight. After my first run, I kept them on and a couple of hours later, I didn't even realize I had new shoes on. It's hard to tell how they'll hold up after a week, but I think I've found a new favorite trail shoe! Plus the price is better than for most!

I find these very comfortable especially since I am flat footed.

Ordered these as a light weight alternative to my hiking shoes for easy treks and loved them out of the box! Wore them for a week of hiking and never had sore feet. They have just the right grip for various surfaces. Rinsed them with water and they cleaned right up!

I'm 8 months post Achilles repair surgery (x 2 on same ankle). I'm also a nurse, on my feet a lot and have to be very particular about what's on my feet. I couldn't be happier with these. I also have plantar fasciitis in same foot and these feel like I'm walking on clouds. They give me so much support and No achy feet by the end of my shifts. They run pretty true to size. Great support around the back of the ankle, not rubbing along my incisions. I LOVE them!!!

The Brooks Divide is a great trail running shoe. It is super comfortable and provides great arch support and excellent cushioning. I ran the Zion Half marathon in these after only wearing them for a few days. No blisters and were super comfy! Highly recommend! Love the color combos available too!

I really enjoy this shoes for on and off the trails. In fact, I think these have made running on the street/sidewalk easier and more enjoyable for me! So (in my opinion) worth a look at even if you don't run on trails exclusively!

These were true to size and very comfortable right out of the box. They also look great. I'm using these for walking, not running, so I can't speak to how they feel during a run.

Very light weight, hopefully the integrity of the shoe holds up on rougher terrain. Very stiff, wore around the house for a week before the shoe started to soften. I use orthotics so it made these shoes narrow unlike the adrenaline model which does have an impact.
Bought on sale so worth keeping.

Overall I really liked the Divide - they were super light and roomy in the toe box. The arch support was fine - I was actually hoping for a little more but it was adequate. The only complaint I had was that it seems like the laces untie more easily than other shoes I've had. I double-knotted them, but they didn't stay very well.
Shoes are comfy and I'm planning on hiking and running in them on our trip to Colorado.

I run long distances (10-15 miles) 6 days a week. I needed a shoe that provided comfort and did not cause my toes to go numb. The Divide is a good shoe; however, around 9 miles I would begin to lose the feeling in my toes. The style of the shoe is nice and the give on the shoe is good.

I am disappointed with these shoes. I have been dealing with chronic ankle instability and was hoping these would help me feel more secure on my trail runs. I took them on their first run yesterday (8mi) & they did not provide enough cushion / support for my ankles & knees. My feet feel insecure in these shoes. The treads themselves can handle intense terrain, but the shoes' upper is not sturdy and it slides around, which led to me almost twisting my ankle a couple of times, and more fatigue than I'm used to feeling in my feet, knees & ankles. In addition, my feet are on the narrower side, and tightening the laces enough to fit my feet felt like it was straining the lace loops, so I'd like to second the other reviewer who said these shoes do not accommodate narrow feet. Unfortunately, as I wore them outdoors & got some mud on them, I don't believe I qualify for Zappos' return policy.

Very happy with these shoes. I wore them on a very technical trail in the Poconos Mountains and they had great grip and responsiveness. I felt confident with each step (and they were very comfortable).

I have worn for 1 week now and so far happy with this shoe. I walk a dirt trail in my back pasture , rough and dirty. My feet stay dry and shoe fits good. It feels slightly looser than the Cascadia I had before which I loved. I was able to tighten laces to feel snug and hug my foot.

So far so good! I purchased these shoes for winter running and hopefully some future trail runs! They seemed to transition from gravel roads to small town streets just fine. The tread is not so much that it feels like you're running with cleats. I usually run the Brooks Launch series and this seems like a comparable shoe as far as comfort goes with a little extra traction. It was 35-degrees on my run and a bit muddy and my feet stayed dry and warm. (Paired with Smartwool Socks) :)
I would recommend this shoe to others looking for an economic, heavy tread shoe.

Really happy with these shoes. They are comfortable, lightweight, and sturdy. I feel like they are definitely more stable on trails than other shoes, great traction.

I got these for Maine winters, when I'm trail running on a flat, smooth dirt trail packed snow. I'd been using crampons, which offered great traction but some pain over time. I've only done one run in the Divides so far, but these held up easily as well as the spikes and were SO comfortable. They kept their traction on packed and some slightly fluffed snow and stopped me from side-to-side sliding on any uneven snow. (There are a lot of snowmobile and cross-country ski tracks on this trail.) No real breaking in, either.

So comfortable right out of the box. Completely satisfied with this purchase. I would advise ordering a full size up if you wear thick padded socks. Good quality and great price.

Great shoe! Very comfortable. I Love them! Like all Brooks, very light weight. They fit your foot perfectly. These run true to size. I am normal to a bit wide and these feel wonderful!

I love these shoes so much that I bought a pair to wear in the house! They are like slippers! I have not been going to the gym so I have been walking numerous parks. My feet stay warm, comfortable and dry with alpaca socks. Usually I wear Dyad.
