I dont know about all the changes Brooks has made in their shoes, but they are not as comfortable as they used to be. And the shoes will the new guide rail system and absolutely unbearable for my foot.

Very disappointed. The 'Beast', at one time, meant sturdy, supportive and longevity. The "14" was the last true 'Beast'. Too bad that Brooks has fallen into a 'trend' company. When one happens upon a great thing, stick with it. I doubt I will purchase another Brooks shoe.

You messed up my favorite running shoe!!! Why did Brooks not come out with a new model instead of changing the Beast design. Brooks should bring back Extended Progressive Diagonal Rollbar to the Beast. Unhappy camper here, will look elsewhere for my next pair.

These are terrible. As many have said they are way less supportive and cheaper made than past iterations of the beast. Seem to be geared way more towards running than walking. Truly disappointed and feeling hopeless on trying to find a new shoe that provides adequate support and comfort.

Flimsy sneaker that I returned since it did not provide me the same level of support that my previous Beast sneakers have.

Used to be my favorite shoe. I wore these going from nothing to my first marathon, and 17 years of running after that. Brooks does not supply my size any longer, even though this has been favored as one of the best shoes for large footed men. Stock and supply size 16!

Fabric on rim of shoe separated after only 3 runs of 2.5 miles each. Prior versions of shoe much more durable.

I was very disappointed when I pulled the shoes from the box. Their size was obviously much smaller than those that would have been true-to-size, despite their labeling. These are not “cheap sneakers.” I forced a foot into one of the shoes and the width seemed fine, but my toes were jammed into the front of the toe box. It was almost as though somebody sewed my correct size label into a child’s pair of shoes and called it ‘good.’ I am replacing them with the next bigger size. I have worn New Balance for years, because they offer wider sizes, but New Balance lost my business when they resorted to using vinyl where they used to use leather. New Balance is cheap crap. I am hoping for better luck with a proper fitting pair of the Brooks Beasts.

Have been a loyal wearer of the brooks beast for the last five years. Disappointed in this style change. Extended Progressive Diagonal Rollbar needs to be added back

If you liked the beast because of its high level of support , this new version does not provide it. The company should bring back Extended Progressive Diagonal Rollbar to the beast

I've bought Brooks's Beast for seven years now, it's my favorite running shoe for the stability. However, with each new Beast I get I can see the cheaper and cheaper production of it. It's disappointing.

Does not stand the weight of a heavier runner. The midsole (heel, inner) is easily compressed after hardly 120 km resulting in shin and knee issues.

Awful shoe with no support. I over pronate and need the support. Lots of cushion but felt like I was walking on bare feet. 2018 was far superior. I do not like the changes.

I've been wearing Brooks Beast shoes for about 10 years and have been pleased with fit, comfort, style and quality. However, I have not been able to find a comfortable shoe amonst your current offerings, the Beast '20 included.

I have worn the Beast for, maybe, 10 years. My '18 model is a total disappointment. The material the upper is made of provides no support at all. The soles have broken down causing supination... a condition I have never experienced with any other shoe. I will likely never buy a Brooks product again.

They don't work. I need medial support, and the guiderails don't offer this. The midsole below, is still getting crushed on the inside - the rail just moves with my foot, on top of the sole. To use the analogy of the bowling lane, with bumpers, it's like the whole bowling lane sitting on a foundation of jello. It's a shame that Brooks don't have options - they've moved the whole range to guiderails, leaving me no option but to look elsewhere for new shoes (what happened to giving customers a choice?).

These are the best fitting, most supportive sneakers I've owned in recent memory. I liked them so much that I recently bought another Brooks Beast sneaker but this one was '23. Unfortunately they have changed the design of '23 and though I ordered the same size and width as these, the '23 were almost an inch longer in the toe area. Would love to buy the Brooks Beast '20 again.

Works to prevent plantar fascia and does a great job of doing this.

They fit well. Perhaps I have a wider foot than I thought (or know). Very supportive.

I've been a long-time wearer of the Adrenalines and like them very much. But sometimes I didn't feel stable in them. I was looking for something more stable than what the Adrenalines offered. The Beast is a very stable shoe with a " snugglier " fit around the ankles and the cushion is very good too. There is only one slight negative in my opinion, which is the toe box is narrower than the Adrenaline. Feels a little tighter in the toe area.
