Very very warm. Great value for a down jacket that can handle severe weather.

Purchased XL and found it to run big so exchanged for L which fit perfectly. If you wear big bulky sweaters or extra layers it might work better for your needs, but in warmer climate and less bulk the size down was perfect for my needs. Jacket is well made, warm, water repellent the hood option is great. Highly recommend.

This jacket is quite nice. It fits my 6’2” husband properly, both in the jacket length and sleeve length. It is roomy enough for him to wear a sweatshirt underneath and still be comfortable. The appearance and fabric are good, but not particularly stylish...typical Eddie Bauer. He feels that it provides excellent warmth. It’s a little pricey, but generally a good purchase.
