I wear a women's size 10 but went with a men's size 8 for more width. I absolutely love the arch support with these Reef's and yes it feels firm which is exactly what you want when you have high arches. They still feel cushy and I also love the lowered heel for better posture. I have now found the perfect flip flop for my problem feet. Thank you to Reef and Zappos for getting them to me without any issues.

The size fit is great. But the arch support is hard as a rock very uncomfortable, I'm hoping they will soften and become comfortable with use. If not they are awful.

Too narrow originally purchased a Nine they were too narrow purchase a 10 same width too narrow every other pair of Reefs I have are 9s they fit fine. Most people who would purchase a sandal with arch support would have a flat foot which would mean it would require the sandal to be a little wider this model of sandal is about 3/8 of an inch narrower then all my other Reefs. I own 5 other pairs all 9s

Not sure what's up with the negative reviews here. I bought these on a trip to a Hawaii. They did there job. Now they have lasted several more summers with trips to my local city grocery store or walks with my family. I can see this pair lasting another couple years too. Would buy again.

This orthopedic sandal allows me to wear sandals again without my feet hurting later. They are the best thing since sliced bread! . These sandals add just the right amount of arch support and still look very stylish! I bought a few different models of the Reef orthopedic sandal and have not been disappointed!

The sandal looks good and fits well (I wear an 11.5 shoe and the 12 was perfect.) If you have low arches, this sandal will be uncomfortable. Will try another style with a lower arch.
