I wanted to give these guys a couple of hard workouts before reviewing. First, I love the look of the shoe, the crisp white is perfect for me. The shoe has a snug fit but I wear lightweight socks so it's fine and when I am jumping a lot from side to side I like that they don't slide. I like the impact; I do a lot of vertical jumping too so I want to feel balanced when I land but also have some shock absorption. My only confusing part is the insole (because their isn't one) so it's either sewn in because they feel comfortable on the bottom of the foot or I'm just supposed to insert one and I don't even know. Definitely recommend for HIIT type workouts as well as weight training for the flat even sole of the shoe.

Well I wore mizuno wave runners for running over 5 years and I ended up recently shifting to a lighter running shoe so when I saw this lightweight option for training with minimalist colors I had to try it. First off I love love the look and feel-I probably baby my white shoes too much. The fact thectge Part near your Achilles means back and in no way can blister you is awesome and I wish the running shoes did this. This sneaker is great for lifting. The shoe is flat with slight heel and sturdy for weights. I did find it challenging to do mixed workouts like HIIT training as it's not really great for jumping or running {most trainers aren't} but for a weight day these are my new favorite. The built in tongue is super comfy and really hugs your foot. The loop on top helps get the shoe easily on and off. Very comfy shoe and again the look is really sleek and i like it a lot.

As someone who has had a lot of things wrong with their feet, bunions and flat feet, these shoes provide great support and comfort for me while I am training! I do a combination of weight training and biking/walking and find the shoe supports me in both activities! I love these shoes and they've quickly become my go to for workouts!

Loved these shoes for lifting. First thought after I put them on was how they were a great fit. True to size with a great roomy toe box. They have a great connection to the floor for heavier squats and I am super happy with these in general.

I am a personal trainer and I wear this above all my other shoes! The shoes feel good even standing all day, no knee pain or discomfort. I enjoy wearing them while training too. Most shoes have a harder bottom. These are flat but still comfortable. They're easy to wash (been in washer twice already). Laces stay tied. And i like that the label isn't in your face. The all whites are my favorite.

I really liked these and they seemed like they would be really good shoes for training; however, I had to return them because they didn't fit my feet. I have low-set ankle bones and the sides of these came up too high to be comfortable for lifting and interval training sessions. I consistently wear a size 9 and the 9 in these fit good. They were comfortable with enough padding to be comfortable, but not so much that they felt bulky. The shoes fit snuggly and my foot didn't move around in the shoe when doing fast, lateral movements. You can feel little bumps in the sole of the shoe from the Mizuno® COB midsole. It definitely felt a little unusual, but I am intrigued if it really does help give feedback about the ground. I like the booty construction, but there was something weird about how they did the lacing. The laces seemed too short if you used all the holes, but if you didn't use the last set of holes, the laces end up on the inside of the shoes, which didn't seem comfortable. Maybe I was just being stupid about it, though.

I like these shoes so much that I had to write my first review. I bought these for training in the gym. I’m not a gym rat by any means, but I work out a few times a week to keep healthy. These shoes are so nicely fitted around the ankle. They’re snug but not tight. The toe box is breathable. You don’t even have to tie the laces; these shoes just fit. They don’t have much cushion on the bottom, but that makes sense for a training shoe, which should be flat. I’m very pleased with this purchase and would shop Mizuno again.

I have high arches and normally in Nike Air Zoom Structures, so was hesitant to buy a flatter shoe. These shoes, however, are perfect. I definitely feel more stable when lifting weights and doing Peloton workouts.

I love these shoes! I went out in a limb and bought them after reading good reviews and now they are my new favorite workout shoes! They are perfect for lifting weights - flat sole, easy to spread toes to find balance, very sturdy. I'm also able to do HIIT workouts on them as well!

I recently tried these shoes for crosstraining (lifting, mixed modal, circuit training) and loved them! They are incredibly comfortable and breathable, as well as functioning well for this style of training. Sizing is true to size.

I have enjoyed wearing these Tc-01 Training shoes! I am a professional bikini body builder, so when I am in the gym, I need a shoe that is going to be secure enough to keep my feel steady while lifting weights but also flexible enough to allow me to do my cardio!

I use the shoe for weights, kickboxing, boxing, and HIIT workouts. Love that it's lightweight and low to the ground ha running shoes, and the minimal treads make it easy to pivot (necessary for kickboxing and boxing). For those with higher arches like me, the interior is flatter vs any Mizuno running shoes I've owned. While I could add an after market arch support / insole, that would defeat the purpose of the COB tech in the sole, so heads for those who really prefer or need arch support - these probably aren't the best option for you.

Still on the fence about these bc of the fit. The glove fit is nice for double unders (I like the ankle stability) and I imagine it'll be good for sudden stops during HIIT training sessions. But they're super hard to pull on and the laces seem mostly decorative. There's a perfect amount of wiggle room in the toe box, width is good (11.5 M for a normally 11M foot w/a bunion on one foot). Debating whether to go to a women's 12, a full size larger than usual, bc I must wear these with custom orthotics. There's no insole or built-in support in these shoes. Without the orthotic, they'd be a perfect fit, but with it, and knowing that I'll be wearing thicker socks in the winter, I'm not sure if they'll stretch enough to accommodate.

These shoes felt markedly smaller than other Mizuno's I have worn. The lack of an insole seemed reasonable for a training shoe, however, I could feel the stitching on the bottom of my foot which was much too uncomfortable for me. It may just be a result of them being incredibly narrow, but they just wouldn't work for me.

Very disappointed. No support at all. My bunions hurt so badly when I wear this pair. I cannot even return them now because I tried out for a week in the hope that I would break in the shoes. It's a sad situation. I love Mizuno shoes and own so many pairs but this pair did not work for me at all.
