Really like these boots. I was afraid they were too boring but the monochromatic style makes them a little dressier and modern. Fit is perfect but can probably only wear with thin socks. I'm a true 7.5M and got the 38. (And they're vegan!)

Holy wow! These are the best boots I have found in years. I purchased a second pair for when I wear out the first ones. They are THAT GOOD! I tried other styles from Matt & Nat -- a sneaker and a rain boot, both of which felt heavy and narrow. I'm so glad I gave this brand another try with this boot. I'm a true 7.5, sometimes wide, and the 7 (38) fit perfectly, so I'd say these run a half size larger. The boots are like (vegan) butter on your feet. The material is soft; this boot doesn't need any breaking in period. I walked around my house for two hours yesterday and was totally comfortable. No rubbing or pinching. What I like most about this style is the versatility. Of course these boots rock with jeans, and thanks to their sleek, lace-up style, they also look great with a dress. (Speaking as a child of the 90s.) Try them!
