Did not realize this was a final sale item and could not exchange them. Reviews said they fit true to size but they do not.

Got them and was excited but the shoe laces keep coming undone. Told my sister and she had a problem and your customer support never gets back to her. So very hesitant to order anymore

The shipping took too long, and the tracking of my order was not on track.

I thought these would be much warmer than they are. There is no fur lining in the bottom of the sneaker boot. Also, there isn't much support in them. We were very disappointed in this shoe.

These didn't fit like the shoes I got of the same size. They were too large so I had to return them.

I have 4 other pairs of Heydude shoes all size 9 and they fit great. This pair was a little big. Not worth the hassle of sending them back. I will still wear them. I will base the answer to the questions on the other pairs. Unless it's a REALLY good deal, I think I will buy mine in store so I can try them on.

This is my second pair of HeyDude shoes. Neither pair has any arch support. I can't see myself standing in these all day long. This pair runs big and wide. The first pair was small and uncomfortable. I usually wear mule style shoes for easy on/off so I'm not sure why this brand is so overrated. I will use them for running around the yard, but I won't purchase any again.

While these are very cute , they are not the same quality of other Britt's I own. They just don't feel as solid . I have two other pairs that my feet feel supported in , and these don't give that same vibe .

They don't fit right. I can't return them because it said final sale. I'm not sure I saw that but if I did I probably thought they won't be on sale again. So I have shoes they won't take back. Beware of the final sale

Been trying to exchange but hey dudes never gave me a order number and web site is too glitchy to get passed sign in. . They run really big.

I never received my order!!! Wrote 2 emails got zero response

Boots were very cute but didnt fit me. They were more of a woven material & were very narrow with no give & were just and sparkly but very tight on my foot so I ended up exchanging them. If you have a wider foot at all these are not the boot for you.

Trying to exchange shoes and can't get anything from customer support. Now it doesn't appear I will ever purchase from them again because they will not reply back.

Fit was bad, feel was bad, not a good shoe

Reached out twice to customer service through the website to exchange shoes that were clearly too big even though the size is the same as another pair. Still no response.

If you want these shoes buy them from a third party and not directly from the company. With my order the left shoe was a size seven and the right shoe was an eight. It took almost three weeks and multiple attempts on several platforms before I finally got any kind of response back from them (the second attempt through Facebook messenger). By that time the shoe was sold out so they couldn't send a replacement pair and I wound up with a refund. According to all of the many many other posts on Facebook I wasn't the only person that was unable to get customer service for an error on their end. If you really want a pair get them from DSW or Amazon.

I haven't received my order. It was returned to the company. Payment was taken.

Terrible Delivery, took almost 3 weeks sitting in limbo with no information regarding shipping.
