I am older (80) and I walk 3 miles daily. These Mizunos are breathable light weight, very supportive for my arches, and cradle my heels perfectly. No feet aches or pains - arches, heels or toes. This is my 3rd pair of Mizunos in the last 6 years. It will not be my last.

I am not sure why, but these felt smaller in general than the Mizuno Wave Rider 22. Not as happy with these as the 22.

Great shoe for running. Daily footwear I wear an 8, for running I wear a 9. Amazing cushion on the sole, nice support for the heal and lots of room in the toe. Incredibly comfortable running shoe. I have a slightly narrow foot and these still fit great.

I love these Mizunos! I've been mostly buying Hokas for a few years because I need extra cushioning, but these are SO comfortable and very cushiony. The flexible Wave Knit material is especially great if your toes tend to hit the top of the shoe (and it's nearly impossible to find running shoes with a high enough toebox, so this is the next best option - a non-rigid material). So far no pain (and I have a LOT of foot problems), including no plantar fasciitis, yay!

I ordered up a 1/2 size like other reviewers recommended, but felt my foot was sliding. I normally wear a 10, ordered a 10.5. There was about an inch space in the toe of the shoe with the 10.5 so I am returning them for my true size. The shoes are comfy and cute. Looking forward to trying the exchanged pair to see if the fit is better.

I really wanted to like these. I ran distance races in college in Mizuno Wave Creations (marathon, half, and 10-miler), but for whatever reason, these made the toes in my left foot go numb after standing/walking around indoors for only a few hours. I intentionally sized up to have wiggle room, but that didn't seem to help. The search continues...

My "go-to" Mizunos were discontinued and I tried these hoping that they would be my new favorites. They seem to run a half to a full size too small, so I tried the next size, which were just enough too big that I saw red flags and decided to send them back. What gives Mizuno! They are beautifully made, and I'd be willing to bet that they'd be super comfy if they just FIT. For supinators.

I have worn Mizunos for over 12 years. The size has always been consistent. Now all of the Mizuno sneakers say "order a half size larger". Unfortunately, the half size larger is also wider -- so much so that it is too wide. So I re-ordered my normal size. The width is perfect, but now the shoe is too short. What gives Mizuno? What happened to your sizing? Perhaps you now need to offer "narrow" sizes to compensate for having to order a half size larger.

Love these shoes. Same great cushioning as the Waveriders I had many years ago, but much more attractive with the Waveknit fabric and new designs. I got the white/ice blue color and they look mostly white in person. They go with everything and are holding up very well. After running 6 months in the Brooks Ravenna, I wanted to switch back to Mizuno for more cushion. Both are good shoes, but I really can feel the difference in cushion with these. Really comfy.

I walk with these shoes for 10+ miles each day. They are super comfortable, light, and easy to maneuver in.

My previous running shoes were an older version of the Mizuno Wave Riders so I decided to give the new Waveknits a try. I LOVE them. The're super comfortable and have the same great support and fit as my orginal Mizuno wave riders. Also they're cuter than most running shoes. Super pleased and can't wait for my next run!

I have worn Wave Rider's for years and was not sure about ordering the Waveknit, but it feels just like the traditional Wave Rider. The shoe is super light weight and very comfortable.

I have been wearing mizuno's for over a decade. I wear the wave rider's. This time around I decided to try the knit version of the wave rider. A fantastic shoe. It is by far my favorite running shoe I have owned. Structured, yet more form fitting. The shoe molds around the foot while walking/running. I never wear athletic shoes with jeans, however these are the exception to that rule. Well done, Mizuno. Only recommendation is better color selection. How about white and gold?

Love these! I have been a Wave Rider die-hard for YEARS! I refuse to wear any other shoe. Saw these Waveknits and had to have them. Big fan! Very comfortable and stylish.

My boyfriend bought these for me. I work on my feet all day and am constantly running around. I was shocked my first day when I came home and my feet and lower back didn't hurt for the first time in years. I will be buying Mizuno shoes from now on!

Comfy, light and bouncy. The stretch knit allows lots of air. Decent ankle stability. Nice sneak!

I read a lot of reviews that suggested going a half size up, which I did in the regular mizuno wave rider, not this waveknit but I had to return them as my toe was hitting the front of the shoe. Therefore, instead of getting these in an 8.5, I ordered these in a size 9 - while the cushioning in the shoe is incredibly comfortable, the length is too long now and also they are so wide that the stretchy knit material bunches up at the front of the shoe. Considering I am going to use these only for running, I am going to keep them as I don’t want my toe rubbing or jamming into the front of the shoe but the sizing doesn’t seem to be consistent. This is my first ever size 9 shoe. I’m typically an 8, and 8.5 in running shoes.

The Mizuno Rider Waveknit 3 would be great for 5K or Half Marathon runners. It would also be great for those recovering from achilles injuries with the Ramp/Drop: 12 mm. The toe box is wider while the rest of the shoe hugs you foot and supports the ankle. I would pick another shoe for tempo runs or quicker paced runs as this shoe feels a little beefy for quick running. But with it being super comfy I will certainly keep it in my lineup.

These will be my fourth and 5th pairs of Waveknit 3s. Haven't broken these in yet because I'm still working on pair #3. They're super comfortable for me, I get great traction, and they don't make my knees hurt when their mileage is getting high. I run 20-45 miles a week in them in all weather outdoors. I think I liked the Waverider better than the Waveknit, but I've ended up with a lot of pairs of these and they've treated me well.

Love these running shoes! I wish they still sold them, I'm going to have to switch brands since all the newer versions are killing my knees

I love this brand of walking shoes. They fit my 9 1/2 size foot beautifully and are not too wide; I order the size 10 to compensate my shoe inserts. They are so comfortable and are the best brand for my feet.

I've used a few versions of the Wave Rider shoe the last 6 years. Was looking for a model of the wave rider 20 but couldn't find it in my size and didn't want to spend more than $100 on a newer model of the Wave Rider. This is has been a great replacement so far!
