This is a new brand for me. I'm a solid 7.5 and am comfortable saying these run a half size or more small. I tried these in two sizes; the 8 would have worked for me. Ultimately I decided on a different model because of the soles. I bought these for HIIT and weight training classes. I was desperately seeking something with good lateral support. These have that. But, despite the hype, they do not have the other important thing - grip when needed. They failed the mountain climber test in my dining room (same floor as the gym, wood). My stabilizing foot slid backward continually. So, I went with one that has a stickier sole. The sole of this one is hard, slick plastic.

I am a solid Women’s 9, but I’d go ½ size larger next time, as the slope of the toes is a little more drastic than I’m used to. Feels good and I can CrossFit in them, running & lifting. A little wider than I need at the widest part of the foot, but overall I like them way better than my Nike Metcons (overall), and I like sole and feel of the ground better than my Reebok versions.

I am a true size 8 but purchased this shoe in 8.5. I use the shoe for weightlifting and spinning. My foot is average width and have room in the toe box with a snug heel. They do NOT have a cushion like a running shoe so be aware what and why you're buying them. Nice Shoe .. Inov-8

I’ve been wearing Inov8 shoes for about 8ish years. But then strayed away and I tried a pair of mizunos. Loved them, same drop and such as my inov8s. But they worse out in less than a year. Soooo back to the inov8! I love them. I have a pretty wide foot with moderate arch. My preferred drop is 4mm so these are perfect. I use them for gym workouts including everything from weightlifting to jumping rope, box jumps, everything. I also run in them long distances a few times a week. They have a nice wide toe box for stability and comfort but are secure around the heel/mid foot. The mesh is sturdy but flexible. I’ve had them a few days now and have trained/run in them each day. No discomfort yet from switching back from the mizunos. I assume they will last 2-3 years like my others did. I’m very happy with this new model. I highly recommend, just pay attention to the specs like the drop to ensure they are for you. Also, if I had to say one thing I didn’t like.. it is the laces. They look good but don’t stairs tied super well. I don’t care about this though because I always switch out regular laces for the no toes laces on all my shoes anyway.

The shoe is made to hold you in properly, but the outside plastic piece was uncomfortable for my foot.

I take a 6.5 and that’s what I ordered. I wanted mesh training sneakers and that’s what these V3s are. The fit is very comfortable and the mesh is light weight and breathable , but still cushioned at the back of the heel. Alot of sneakers are solid material and your feet get hot. I did not experience any discomfort with the rubber around the toes. I like how deep the tread is on the sole, not shallow. Also , the sneaker bends easily but has support under the arch. They are great.!

I really wanted to like these. They fit like a comfortable glove, hugged in all the right places, and left plenty of room in the toe box. I was intending to use them for HIIT and jumping rope but in the end, I just didn't feel like the toe had enough cushion for the impact of jumping. They are marketed as a minimal shoe and they are indeed just that. More a discovery on my part that I want a slightly more cushioned shoe for the kinds of exercise and activities that I am involved in. A slightly softer insert and I'd be all over these.

I really wanted to like these shoes, but the shape just didn't fit my foot and they seemed to cause pronation.

I bought these to see if they would be better on my feet (with plantar fasciitis) during CrossFit workouts (lifting days) than the most recent Reebok Nanos, and for me they are. I’m happy to have found another option (the Nikes haven’t been great lately either). I do change into Brooks Adrenaline for any cardio/running if needed though. I found I need a half size larger than I do in the Nanos. The toe box is roomy as expected and there is good support. The style is alright, but I have gotten compliments on my purple shoes at the gym.

I love these shoes! It's been a long journey to find the right width for my toes. When I hike, run and walk I get this squeezing pain in my fourth toe on my left foot. When I wear these shoes I have no issues. They took no break-in period, they are comfortable for running and walking. AND I love they way they look. I can wear these with so many things. I may need a second pair.
I'd also recommend:

I've always been a huge fan of the F-LITE 235 line so was excited to try V3. At first, I felt iffy about them because the toe box is not as wide as the original or V2. But I just wore them this morning for a WOD that involved running and DB snatch, and I felt properly supported during the snatches yet minimalist enough on the running. Overall, I love them! Also, I think they will last longer than the previous versions because the mesh is more woven/integrated into the shoe, so it shouldn't tear like it has on my other 235s. The gray and teal are lovely, too. (Bummed the purple was sold out of my size!)

After one workout this shoe hit all the marks I was looking for. My reason for choosing this shoe was the type of toe protection it had. I have never tried INOV-8.

The color was great, though more orchid than pink. They fit well other than the extra room in the toebox. That would be a good thing if I needed it, but with the extra room combined with the shape of the shoe - it's really fitted from heel through arch and then...think clown shoe. Had to go back.

Shoes were very cute, but a little small in the toes for my 8.5W/9R foot.

If you have a narrow foot, high arch and or thin foot in depth this may not be the shoe for you. I had 1/4 inch gap between the shoe and the top of my toes. I had the laces pulled close together to get rid of the side gap at my arch. The arch also didn't hit my foot in the right place. This just isn't the shoe for my feet. I have to send them back.

I bought these for lifting and interval training and I think they are going to be perfect. They are comfortable and really do a good job of holding my foot in place. The laces are a good length and I haven't had any issue with them coming untied.
I am consistently a 9 and the UK 6.5/US 9 fit me well. These seemed pretty standard medium width to me. I'm used to running in Altra shoes and the toe area on these definitely seems narrower than those, but they aren't too narrow.
The sole seemed stiff and the toe box felt shallow, so I was worried about comfort doing interval training in these, but they were comfortable doing sprints on a curved treadmill, so it wasn't as much of a problem as I thought it might be.

For me, this were too wide and did not offer the support I was looking for. I usually wear Asics, which most reviewers think run too narrow but fit me perfectly. Asics just don't have many options for 'training' shoes vs. 'running'. I'm trying to find a good training shoe. These would likely work well for just weight lifting, but not sure how well they'd do for high-impact HIIT training.

I've worn these regularly to CrossFit and on walks for the past month (exact), and sadly, I can't wear them any longer. For the last several weeks, I've had major flare-ups of plantar fasciitis, which never happened when I wore the F-LITE V2. This updated version doesn't have the nice wide toe box (not sure why Inov-8 decided to change that after the first two versions were perfect!!), and my toes haven't been able to splay completely when running or jumping. So several trips to the PT for my painful heel later, I have sadly come to the conclusion that these shoes aren't the right ones for me. :( I actually am going to try Xero shoes, which have a minimalist sole and wide toe box. I'm sad to leave Inov-8, but if they make V4 more like the original and V2, maybe I'll give them another chance.

After reading several of the reviews I ordered a size up, and it was too big of a jump for me (I wear a size 9 sneaker and should have ordered a 9 instead of a 9.5). The sole was very slippery and did not have a great grip at all, which I need for HIIT exercises. I ended up returning them.
On the plus side, they looked great!
