The boots fit true to size (I ordered a size 11) and appear to well made and durable. Very attractive, too. They don't scream 'riding boot'; I wear them to work as stylish boots to brave the snow and ice of a central New England university campus. The heel is fairly narrow, which helps hold my foot in place; I am technically a size 10.5, and it's nice not to slide around in a boot. The toe box is decently wide; those of you with Morton's neuroma will probably find it comfortable, although if you have a ridiculously long third toe (I do) it'll rub occasionally and you'll notice it, but it's not terrible. I wear the boots all day sometimes and I'm not in pain at the end of it. The narrow heel holding my foot in place helps a lot, too.

I would have loved these boots but I couldn’t get my size 10 foot in the shaft. No zipper and super narrow shaft at the ankle means they are getting sent back! Thank you ZAPPOS!

Got my boots end of January. And I have used them almost every day since. For starters I thought they looked so good I just used them for dogwalks and in private. But when the worst cold left Sweden I now use them at the stables. The boots are so comfy. Easy to shower off. When trailriding I use the boots. My friends at the stable all find my boots super nice . So I must say best allroundboot ever bought.

Put the boots on same day they arrive. First they look smashing. In mid Sweden right now we are experiencing melting snow, ice and water. Walking the dogs and working the stables have been cold feet for a while. Not anymore. I praise the Belford boot for keeping my feet dry and warm. It's a really high maintenance boot. Looks supernice, could just as well be a casual boot.

Just brought these boots great fit and great price never had this make before brought others at this price range very similar price so thought for a change would try this make last ones lasted 15yrs so let's hope these do to .

I am a dog walker so I don't use these boots all year round. I just love them as they are stylish, waterproof and comfortable. This is my second pair, my previous ones lasted for 7years! But I did clean and treat them regularly. I am looking forward to many more years of walking in them.

These boots are fantastic! Extremely comfortable, warm and waterproof. The first time I wore them I spent a whole day on the yard and it felt as of I'd been wearing them for ever - no blisters and as comfortable as slippers! Beautifully stylish too. They are true to size. I am petite with slender calves and the regular width fits perfectly without gaping - no awful straw filled socks at the end of the day as I usually have when wearing wellies!

I have been searching every winter for boots and these are the ones! I was concered about the price but I really wanted gortex. I am a size 10 and went up a half size to fit my orthotics and wool socks! Love that they are waterproof. Love they don't make my feet sweat! Love that sawdust and hay don't get inside my boots compared to when I had ankle height. Easy to slip on after I take my riding boots off. Comfortable and attractive!

Outstanding quality on these boots. Excellent fit for my feet and calves (accurate based on size chart). Plus, I was able to use my orthotic inserts without any difficulty. These boots are just superb and I am so happy to have a non-insulated boot for the warmer months ahead. I am really glad I purchased these. Absolutely worth the money.

I have wide calves and narrow feet. Boots are a nightmare.
These fit my calves, roomy on the feet but manageable, nice and warm on and they look great. I do sometimes walk across the fields for a mile or two and these are fine for that. I've previously not been willing to spend this sort of money on wellies. These are worth it. Warm, decent feed, cushioned foot bed. And they really do look fabulous on. So recommended, definitely.

I'm an 8 in nearly everything, ordered an 8 in these and they fit perfectly. They feel like sneakers, look terrific, and keep my feet warm & dry doing barn chores in ice, mud, snow, and everything else that the Maryland winter has thrown at me. I put them on and never wanted to wear anything else ever again. Pricey. But so far, there's every indication that they'll be worth it!

So far very happy with my purchase - I wanted an alternative to wellies which I seem to spend a fortune on and replace every 18 months. However I am too scared to wear my new Ariats in the mud and get them dirty ! I am hoping these will last a long time as they are expensive but I shopped around and they seemed to be the best available. Great customer service Ariat - many thanks

After a few days wearing in, they are wonderful outdoor boots. I have been through mud, wet grass and puddles and my feet have stayed nice and dry. I feel confident these boots will last a long time.

OMG I am in love with these boots. So comfortable you could wear them hiking, and totally waterproof. I wear them when I go 4-wheeling and my feet remain warm and comfy!

I love these boots, BUT the leather on the lower part seemed to have lost its luster and looked "old" after 2 walks in the field. In other words, I was really disappointed in how worn and used they looked after just a couple wearings. So, they just didn't hold up for the money unless to just eat them to a restaurant in town.
