I have another pair of Frye & Co boots, those fit me normal. My normal size is 7 1/2 and those are fine. These Jacy Chelsea's are humongous. I'm not sure if they were made incorrectly but I literally could remove my foot from the boot without even unzipping the boot. I'm nervous exchanging them for a different size as I feel I'd need to go down at least 1 full size, if not even more than that. Super disappointed as they were so cute!

I'm normally a 7.5, they were a bit loose so I exchanged for a 7. They fit great. The leather is a little stiff, so I think a break in period is called for. I wouldn't walk for miles in them, but they are great for smartening your look up a bit...honestly, they are sharp looking and really lengthen your legs in skinny jeans, skirts, dresses etc. I am very happy with them, I got the cognac but will likely succumb to the black as well.

very cute but slightly uncomfortable on bottom of foot, boot not really padded enough for me maybe, not sure what the issue is. I have a slightly wide foot, but not wide enough to order shoes in a wide size-This width is great- not too narrow at all, even in toe area; worried about standing for long time and comfort ,so I have to send them back, otherwise very cute boot. I am sad to send back.

Great pair of snake embossed bootie. Love the colors for fall wear. The fit is true to size. Very nice boot.

Love these boots and wore them all day out of the box!! Feel great and don’t make a sound when walking because of nice soles. Look great with dress, pants, or jeans. Great little black bootie and perfect heel height.

I’ve had such a hard time finding comfortable booties for high-arch, wide feet. These are great! Love the green/olive color. Great neutral.

Get so many compliments on these shoes! Sized up due to my usual Frye sizing, but I think I would have been fine with my normal size.

Beautiful bootie in color and feel; narrows in the toe box and would be uncomfortable for an extended period of time.

I like this brand and I jumped at the chance to get these on sale but the boots that arrived didn't match the color online. They are a little tight but I know from experience that they will stretch and become the kind of boot you can wear all day and walk for miles. Unfortunately, I was hoping for the walnut color and instead I got a Chestnut distressed look which would only look more distressed with age. I'm actually wondering if they sent me the wrong color. That look doesn't suit my my style at all, so back they go!

These boots look great.

I was disappointed in the quality of these boots, which nowhere indicate on the boot or the box that they are actually made of leather. They're very stiff, and they rub the tops of my toes. I'll be returning them.

Unfortunately the waxy “white” color was more of a tan- darker than was suggested. While the width of the boot felt true to size, the length felt larger, creating a loose fit around the heel.

The cognac color looks darker in the image than in person. Not entirely impressed with what color I received because it is not nearly as brown and shiny as the one pictured. I will say I could probably wear these out of the box with no problem. They were undeniable comfortable but alas not as stylish as I’d hoped.

Fit like a glove!

Super cute but the heels were huge. My feet were slipping out of the backs as I was walking. I think if I sized down they’d be too tight around my toes.

They looked good but were way too big in the heel. I had the right size but could not keep my heel steady in the boots.

Love the side panels of these boots but when they came the inside has a zipper rather than a true pull on. Don't know if I received the wrong shoe? Very cute boots, unfortunately fit poorly. Ordered a size 7, my usual size. Very uncomfortable amount of pressure on the ball of my foot and too big in parts, feels like would pinch my toes too much if I sized down. Returning them, maybe breaking in would have worked but I don't think so. One upside, I have high arches and have had issues with Frye before with the main shoe being too low for my arch, but these were fine.
