Pulled these out of the box and thought it was love at first sight. Then I put them on...They go weirdly to the inside so that all four of your little toes are smashed against the side.. Looking at them from the bottom, they have a very peculiar shape. Are they seconds??? Bummer. The search for a great everyday boot continues.

I purchased these boots in Caramel Antique leather and they are beautiful. The foot is true to size and extremely comfortable, The leather over the ankles is snug, but not enough to be noticeably uncomfortable when walking, and it is stretching with use. I enjoy wearing them, and since they are by Frye they should last for a very long time.

LOVE THESE BOOTIES. I was on the fence at first due to their price, but I am SO glad I got these! They do run about a half size smaller. I normally wear a straight 7.5, but the 8 fits absolutely perfectly. Classic, cute, and comfortable. These boots are going to go with everything. I've only had them about a week at the time of writing this, but I am confident they will wear in well due to the fact they are Fryes.

Even with the pointed toe, I found these boots true to size and quite comfortable. I do have narrower feet than average, perhaps this helps. But, let’s face it, even well-fitting shoes aren’t likely to get worn if they lack style. I’m wearing the Billy Bootie as I write this review and plan to wear them tomorrow. They’re on trend and classic all at once. Love them!

Loved this boot! Decided to return only because of the color. The khaki suede was more olive green than I wanted. Will definitely be getting a Billy inside zip in another color, and in a non-suede finish (my preference). After trying this one, I think that the Frye Billy has a perfect silhouette, narrow ankle, perfect heel height (for me). I’m just waiting for the right color and price combination to pop up!

I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable these are right out of the box. I am a true size 9. I am a medium width, but lean in the wide direction. These work! I debated about ordering a 9.5 instead of the normal size 9. Glad I didn't. These are great! I'm very happy with them.

I ordered a half size up thinking I would like the extra room so I could wear thicker socks. They were too big. Ordered my size and they were perfect. Also true to width(they are a bit narrower at toe because of the pointer toe). Style is GREAT. These are BEAUTIFUL boots!!

I originally ordered the Frye Sacha Stud Chelsea which I loved. They were comfortable and fit well BUT I had to return because they looked to be used. There were already folds in the toe area where would eventually crease with use and the heel on one boot was coming off. I wanted to exchange but they did not have anymore in my size. So I decided to order these. Not nearly as comfortable and I'm just not crazy about them. Cute looking but the comfort is just not there. For the price they need to be more than cute. I will probably return!

Loved the look of these boots, but they felt too snug for my usually size 9 foot. Getting them on was a significant challenge. Arch support felt pretty good. Sadly I had to return them.

They sent me an extremely used pair. Had scuffs all over the bottom/totally messed up. I see someone else had a similar comment. I’m disappointed in Zappos. Been a customer forever and quality and shipments are going downhill. I’m going to start going direct to retailer website or local shoe stores.

I have several Frye boots (3x tall, 3x shooties/short). They certainly have withstood the test of time. Buttery soft leather inside and out. I have high arches, so having the side zip makes it a bit easier to get off/on. I also like that is doesn't have the bootstrap. In my opinion, limits the wearability. If I wear a short/ankle bootstrap boot with flare or bootcut pants, it tends to get caught in the hem when moving from sit-to-stand and needs constant readjustment. This style hugs the ankle without being too tight or too loose. Got my usual size 10M and fits great. I ordered the Stone color (which is an odd color name for a darker brown boot) and feel will offer a lot of versatility with all color palettes and seasons. Great price and happy with my purchase!

Classic and chic Western bootie. Beautiful leather and Frye quality. Timeless! Sized up 1/2 size to get more room in toe box.

I have these boots in black in size 9. Love them. Although they are still a bit stiff. It will take time to break them in. I thought if I got the suede pair in a larger size it would work. Not so. Sorry I didn’t order them in the correct size. They are beautiful

I ordered the ash color. I love the neutral color and that it will go with all my light washed jeans. It seemed a little tight at first but once your feet are in them, they are super comfortable. I think they will last a long time!! I'm so glad I ordered these and now I am trying to get them in black!

I love everything about these boots, the style, the color the wonderful leather smell and the quality. Unfortunately, i couldn’t get the left one even close to on because of the arthritis in my foot. My loss. I am sad to have to return them.

Loved these shoes, but they hit at a weird point on my ankle. Khaki color is greener than it appears on site.
